Worse hotel in the world. Ruled by African family. All staff from Africa, do nothing. Breakfast is nightmare. Only after complaint they decided to serve some food and provide forks. The floor at the breakfast aria wet and dirty. Nobody care about that. Not recommended at all.

    Bad experience….

    rating09 Aug 2023

A musty smell, as if the room had been closed for a long time, when we went to turn on the air conditioning it didn't work, I went to complain to the frond desk and what they told me was that the holel was full and they had nothing else to offer. At least some discount, refund, or some obsession or at least some courtesy I expected, but nothing. The only thing they told me was to open the window, that there was no need for air because the temperature would drop at night. the temperature was 70, it was hot and the room was full of mosquitoes... Coming from far away to paddling was not pleasant at all. No experience with ibis was not the best. Sometimes it is better to pay more to avoid these situations. Neither my families nor I will stay here again.

    Well kept hotel

New, nice well kept tower hotel with private parking space in a Paris suburb. It gave a safe feeling. I was there just for sleeping and breakfast, but the service was good like expected, the typical Ibis style.

    Perfect place to stay!

    rating18 Jul 2021

We stayed at this hotel from Monday to Friday and were absolutely happy with it. The rooms are overall absolutely tidy an clean. The train station is a 2 minutes walk away and gets you in approx. 30 minutes directly to the heart Paris. For those who need a supermarket: there is one just across the street. We felt totally at home which comes from the always helpful and super friedly staff. We will definitively pick this place for our next stay in Paris. MERCI BEAUCOUP!! :-) IBIS STYLES GENNEVILLIERS, Directeur général at ibis styles Paris Gennevilliers, responded to this review Hallo,Es war uns eine groBes Vergnügen, dass wir Sie in unserem Hôtel als Gast begrüBen durften .Wir freuen uns schon jetzt Sie im September wieder willkommen zu heiBen Auf baldiges Wiedersehen !Die MannschaftIbis Styles Gennevilliers

    Best avoided

I've stayed in literally 100s of places over the years, from 5-star hotels to hostels and AirBnBs. I rarely bother to review but this place is pretty bad so I feel I should. My room had no cold water. It was turned off on the pipes and the cover open, so clearly they knew about it.So you can;t flush the toilet or use the shower without burning yourself. And the shower door was falling off. There was a kettle base but no kettle. The minibar is an empty fridge (not that I want one normally, but this place makes you want a drink :-))The handle was broken off the window, so you couldn't lock it, only push it closed.Otherwise the room was dreary but OK for a basic hotel.I compained and somewhat grudgingly they switched me to another room. This one was better in that it had hot and cold water. But no shower door - obviously easier to remove it than fix itAnd the carpet was disgusting - even dirtier than the ones I see all over this site (wish I'd looked here first).Beds seemed to have been laundered OK, not spotless but not exactly dirty either. And the room smelt strongly of smoking.I was too tired and too late to look for another hotel. If I'd checked in during the day I would have. It's also very noisy. The window doesn't block much of the traffic noise from the major road outside, so there are truck and other noises intermittently all night and from the start of morning traffic. I'm not a light sleeper but I woke up several times.Others have commented on the bizarre setup. It's obvious that Balladin has sold this but the new owners have done a bare minimum to keep it ticking over. It certainly isn't the 'new' hotel that they promote it as.Anyway, if you have a choice between this and somewhere else, I'd bet on the somewhere else
