    Great budget hotel

    rating03 Jun 2025

Easy to access from the nearby metro. Set in a nice area especially if visiting Roland Garros. Staff all really friendly. It's a basic hotel....that's what you are paying for. Breakfast very good....nice coffee. Room basic but clean and there is a nice little bar area down stairs.

    Olympic Accommodation

    rating10 Aug 2024

Great staff at front desk and breakfast bar. The hotel room was rather average. Breakfast was quite nice, all the better with the outdoor space and large windows offering great light. Conveniently located close to metro and park with many sporting activities.

Mediocre hotel, tiny rooms; prices high due to the Olympics - weird staff

    rating03 Aug 2024

Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. Quiet location but the walk up the hill from the metro station is a struggle in the heatwave and if you have luggage. The breakfast had limited options. It was difficult to find out about allergens in the food items as they were not written down. The breakfast room was always messy as when people left, their dishes were not cleared even after a while as there seemed to be only one member of staff who wasn’t constantly monitoring the status of the breakfast room. The only rubbish bin in the room is the one in the bathroom and it’s tiny and fills up quickly so your rooms ends up having a lot of rubbish and waste that doesn’t fit in the bin, unless you take them downstairs to the reception area where there is a recycling bin. There is AC in the room but it isn’t as efficient and we felt hot every night. The tables in the room are very small and we couldn’t fit our basic items on the bedside tables each day; there is very less space to put your things down other than two shelves near the entry. The first night I noticed the pillow smelled very dirty, so it appeared to not have been washed in between guests - it smelled like someone had been sweating on it. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. Stayed for 2 nights during the Olympics. We asked the pillows and covers to be changed the next day. There is no kettle or tea/coffee facility in the rooms either so to make a drink you have to go to the reception and ask for hot water. A weird coincidence happened when we were sitting in the restaurant area after the check out and waiting for our taxi, my partner simply looked at (visually, not touched anything) the breakfast shelf which has items that are used in the breakfast such as Nutella and jam. The manager or other member of staff ran to him and saying “sir you can’t take those they are for the breakfast! Don’t touch them!”. He was not even intending to, simply looked at the shelf while we were waiting for our taxi. He then went in to the kitchen and said something in French to another staff member and asked him to do an inventory of all the breakfast items in their storage cupboards in front of us. Did they think we had been sitting there stealing breakfast items while waiting for our taxi? Humiliating!

    Disaster service!!!

    rating29 May 2024

I stayed in room 114 on 26/05/2024. I was with my family, we checked in as a family and picked e booked 2 rooms. Room 114 and 115. We arrived at 1am and were checked in by a very helpful receptionist man. In the morning , we went downstairs for breakfast at 10am and returned back upstairs to our rooms at 11am . Room 115 was still ours but room 114 was vacated and it appeared I was checked out an our early, against my wishes? The bed was made up and my belongings had been moved to the room next door,115. Check out time was 12pm. The room service lady went in my rooms without my permission and vacated room 114 whilst it was still under our reservation for another hour? I went downstairs to the reception staff to complain and demanded a refund for room 1 14.The staff called Clara and Hazel weren’t helpful at all? They said the error was made by an external employment agency, staff members, not their actual staff? Personally, I don’t see how this is my problem?I demanded to speak to the manager called Jibreel who wasn’t on shifts at that time? The female staff member called Hazel insisted I emailed the hotel with my discrepancies and give her a photocopy of my banking card so they could do the refund for that room after the managers arrived on his shift? The following day, I received a text message ‘fraud alert ‘ from my bank ,that someone was trying to attempt a banking transaction in Paris city whilst we were in the next city at Disneyland parks. The bank instantly blocked the card and we had no other way to access our money for the rest of our vacation with two young children!Even now, 3 days later, the hotel hasn’t done anything about our situation with the room refund or the fraudulent activity on our bank card? It is very disappointing and regrettable that this has happened in a reputable Accor group hotel and I will not be staying at this hotel chain again. It has ruined my vacation with my small children because I cannot resolve my bank card block whilst I am away from my home country, United Kingdom.Terrible service, minimal breakfast menu, fraudulent receptionist staff, illiterate room service staff, ignorant management. Did I miss anything? Extremely disappointed guest FABIEN OLIBIER, General Manager at Ibis Styles Paris Porte de Versailles - Mairie d'Issy, responded to this review Hello Sir,While we were waiting for your email which I don’t received yet regarding your complaint, it’s completely normal that I can’t give you a satisfactory or unsatisfactory feedback. We did get the information from our colleagues orally but once again, how can we get in touch with you without having your contact details? The maid, she’s simply done her job, she knocked on the door twice, she got no response and she saw that you don’t put the DO NOT DISTURB sign on your door which is always available in all our rooms and in all hotels in the world. She did not move your luggage in any way because your room was empty when she entered. She therefore thought that the occupant had left the hotel, probably wrongly. After her passage, your room access badge was not deactivated and you were able to access it without problem until midday. We apologize about your bank card being hacked; however, my colleagues and I have not seen this famous photocopy to which you refer and we never photocopy the bank card for security reasons.Since we are in no way at fault, we will not respond to your request for a refund due to all these false allegations and your hurtful words towards our teams. We remain at your disposal and you can contact us by email at h1402-dm@accor.comRegardsDjibril - chef de réception.

    Good but could be better

    rating18 May 2024

on our arrival, the receptionist Andreas made everything phenomenal. The first room smelled strongly of cigarettes and he gave us a room upgrade for the inconvenience. The breakfast was very poor, there was little choice of food and the area was never stocked, it was always dirty and the staff didn't look friendly, it seemed as if they were there out of obligation. The two girls (one blonde and the other brunette) who checked me out were terrible, very rude and didn't know how to explain things when we asked for justification for certain situations that happened in the hotel. If you're a booking agent you have to leave your room earlier than the rest of the guests ?!! how stupid of them, apart from the fact that they'd told us check out was at 12:00 and it turned out to be 11:30 for me.If I were to return, it would certainly be because of Andreas' 5-star service and super good manners.my 4-star rating goes entirely to the receptionist's service!!!
