Ideally situated at the heart of the major economic area in the west of the capital (Pas du Lac), only 15 minutes from Paris (Porte de Saint-Cloud), the hotel benefits from exceptional natural surroundings. Close by, the guests will find a leisure complex, as well as a beautiful area, where children and parents may enjoy wildlife, typical villages, and the famous Palace of Versailles and its parks. The nearest train station is around 2 km from the hotel. Charles de Gaulle Airport is around 45 km away and Orly Airport around 25 km away.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 81 rooms, including 3 single rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out.     Insects under my bedsheet

    1) The room smelled disgusting2) In the morning when I lifted up my bedsheet I could see small insects moving under the bedsheet3) I have been bitten and am still itchy4) There was a feeling of zero hydiene in the room

    DO NOT BOOK! if I were planning another trip to Paris I would book a hotel IN Paris this hotel is 1 hour 10 mins out of pairs then you have to walk over a motorway from the train station through an estate & park to get to your hotel. The hotel itself isn't 3 stars it's less than 1. No toiletries, 1 towel, 1 robe, 1 coffee pod, 1 water for a room that is booked for 2?! The restaurant is not open on the weekends and there are no shops. On the last day, we ordered 2 coffees on room service then when checking out they tried to charge us for breakfast which is 30 euros?! honestly, I hated coming back to this hotel every day after leaving Paris worse hotel I have ever been to in my life. please avoid this if you want stress free trip.

    Hotel isn’t as described in booking.comThis was supposed to be a Superior Queen Room and we paid more as a result for what I don’t know. Ac didn’t work in the room and was unbearably hot. Enough coffee pods for one person when two people were on the booking . Toiletries an absolute joke and only one robe. Tv had 2 English speaking news channels out of 48. Restaurant not open at the weekends. Needless to say we won’t book here again.

    This was an overnight stop on our way from Calais to the south of France. Arrived at 7.45pm after an awful journey, just wanting dinner and a sleep. Dining area looked welcoming and we asked for the menu. Were told to download the menu from the QR code. Didn't want to accept cookies and my husband's phone was in the room. Asked for a paper menu plus a gluten free menu and were told to go and look at the menu in reception. Were told no gluten free menu, my husband ( who has coeliac disease and cannot eat any gluten) was told he could have steak without the sauce and maybe without the chips!! He asked if the chips were gluten free and waiter said he didn't know. Similarly we could not see a wine list to order from. Shocking customer service. We could not bear getting back in the car again so my husband asked if they could check with the staff if the chips were gluten free - clearly an inconvenience for the waiter. Food was actually good when it arrived but we were really put off by the general attitude. No towels in the room so had to return to reception for these. Room was fine although tv standby lights at the end of the bed (bright blue and red) could not be turned off so put a towel over them.Didn't stay for breakfast due to attitude/ lack of concern re gluten. Not encouraged to stay at Best Western again!

    All in all my stay wasn’t too bad, however the only bar and restaurant in the complex was closed all weekend till 5pm. The breakfast set up was empty by 9:30 and with 30 minutes left there was no scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages or coffee refill. 20 minutes walk minimum from the nearest entertainment spot.
