  We stayed here just a week ago. I think the location is great because this is the last stop on the train station, meaning you will never get lost😁 lots restaurants. The staff are great, friendly and patient. We had breakfast a little bit late on their schedule but they still accomodate us and made extra just for us, and I truly appreciate that🙏. The room is good condition, very comfortable and clean. The layout is a bit different because we had to go out on the back side and no specific sign where to go to find your room. We got lost and we look kinda stupid because we couldnt find out room, lol but all is good they are willing to help, and I would be honest, because this is in the city, there are some stuff and food place that made the place look a bit low and not on my standard, aside from that, everything is great and would probably stay in this hotel again.   Amazing Hotel Service, Careful of the neighborhood

  I want to be blatantly honest, this hotel is in the bad neighborhood of Paris. Your uber drivers will know. If you are going out of your hotel, do not wear your expensive purse. This is a neighborhood that might get you robbed. I went out to get some food from KFC and some sketchy people were looking at my bag and tried to follow me. The restaurants in the neighborhood do not have anyone who can speak English. Other than this, THIS HOTEL HAS AN AMAZING SERVICE!!!! If you are not using bags more than $2,000.00 you wont have a problem with this neighborhood.1. The rooms are small but very clean. And it smells so clean. The facilities are very new!! The cleaning lady (bless her heart) knocked on my door 3x to make sure that my room was clean. 2. Service was amazing. The receptionist at night will send someone to give me extra toilet paper when I ran out. 3. The cleaning male and female staff will always greet you nicely when they see you.   There is a tourist tax payable when you arrive set by the government, we were €44 for 2 people for 4 nights. The hotel was modern and clean with a bright and airy feel. We had a room on the ground floor next to the lift. We did not hear the lift at all during our stay. The dinning area at the front of the hotel, next to reception, had ample spaces for breakfast which was continental. The food was set out either side of the corridor with bread and pastries to the left and coffee/tea, cereal and juice to the right. There is a fridge below the coffee machine with yogurts, boiled eggs, fresh milk, fruit and cold meats. The room itself was a good size, the bed had a memory foam mattress and very comfortable pillows. The bathroom was also a good size and had a walk in shower. The free wifi works well throughout the hotel and the air conditioning in the room was delightful. You can set the temp on the digital screen and switch it on/off with the button on the top of the unit. There is a courtyard in the middle of the hotel where there is seating and ashtrays for smokers which were emptied very regularly. The staff were excelent. I have a neurological condition that wakes me during the night with intense pain in my face and several times during my stay the night staff went and got me an ice pack for the pain. Location wise the hotel is a 1 min walk from the Metro station, Lidls is just around the corner and there are numerous fast food places and cafes right on the door step. We would be happy to stay here again if we return to Paris.   We were only in Paris for 3 days, thankfully we stayed at the Kyriad hotel. Friendly welcome by staff, yes the room was slightly small (but you don't go to Paris to spend a lot of time in your room) - the room had everything needed, comfortable bed, pillows, TV(french channels), kettle with coffee/tea sachets, wardrobe, safe & a good sized bathroom with great shower. Room was fresh, modern & cleaned everyday. Hotel is right next to metro station so very easy to get to centre of Paris & attractions (15/20 mins) & also connections for other lines/train (Gare du Nord). Sacre Coeur & Montmartre within walking distance. Lovely bakery 2 doors down, fast food chain opposite & at other end of street & a small supermarket. The street may not look the best at night but we had no issues whatsoever. Didn't take the breakfast option as out & about early & prefer to eat later anyway. As our flight home was later in the evening we could leave our bags on our last day allowing us to see the last of the attractions easily. Would definitely stay again, thank you for your hospitality!   Clean hotel good for a short trip. Location is just abit off

  Hotel and rooms are clean however just such small rooms. No storage at all anywhere, bathroom is tiny, shower leaked everywhere when you use it. Air con didn’t work. There were fresh towels every day. Location mehhhhh, wasn’t the best when you walk out of the hotel. Not much around. We just got Ubers into the main bit of Paris as walking around near the hotel was abit sketchy.
