  Fantastic boutique hotel in the heart of ile St. Louis. Wonderful staff and cool room with very good bed and great amenities.   The service was absolutely phenomenal! I was puffed out from walking from the train station to the hotel with all my luggage. The lovely woman at reception gave me a big chilled bottle of water to help me cool down and make me feel as comfortable as possible during the check-in process.The hotel is perfectly situated and incredibly close to the Le Marais area. A short walk to the river to people watch and to just to take the beautiful sights of Paris in. There’re so many great coffee shops, restaurants and boulangeries at your doorstep too! Room was beautiful, chic and incredibly comfortable. Only downfall was that there wasn’t much of a view from my room. But the views I got as soon as I stepped out of the hotel definitely made up for it. Bathroom was large and stunning. Really appreciated the large bathtub and space throughout.Look forward to staying here again!   We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the L de Lutece, especially how calm and quiet it was. The staff was very nice and helpful and everything is thought to the detail. I appreciated very much also the bouquet of flowers the got me as a birthday present. The room we had (55) had an internal set of stairs, so it may not be suitable for those with a reduced mobility, but if you do not mind doing a bit of "exercise" in your room, that's totally fine.

  Great location, but the great stops there. Unfortunately, the staff seems to pay very little attention to detail even when reminded every day. It became laughable. The walls were thin. In my first night loud sex next door felt a little too close. The second and third nights, loud singers outside the hotel made sleep impossible. The coffee maker was covered in dust; the cup holder fell off and on the last morning it stopped working all together. The staff regularly forgot to refill the coffee or replace used cups. The sugar packets looked to be from another century. I had a supreme room (over $400) and two twins were pushed together so sprawling out was impossible. The shower dripped from above at odd hours. The tub was a sitting tub for a very small person and very difficult to get in and out of. Sometimes they filled the water, sometimes not. The shuttle that I arranged to meet me at the airport didn’t show up. Reception didn’t book the one reservation I asked for. It was subpar everything. After a while, I resigned myself to the indifference, and looked forward to departure. And reception was so slow that I stopped asking for anything. For $100 a night, maybe. For $400 shame on them!!!! Have some respect for you guests!!! As for the shuttle, it arrived, waited for you and tried to call you several times, but to no avail. Regarding the reservation you requested, you were informed that the place was unfortunately fully booked. As for the external noise, our street is generally quiet but we are aware that street noise can be disruptive. For this reason, our windows are brand new and equipped with insulated double glazing. We are sorry that the noise from other guests disturbed you. In situations such as the one mentioned, you can always report the problem to reception, who may intervene to resolve the situation.We apologize for not meeting your expectations despite our efforts.
