  Old world charm.

  This is a very beautiful hotel with old world charm. Due to ill health I wasn't able to walk very far but enjoyed sitting at the open window with a lovely glass of wine. In the 17th district it is close to everything.   This is a good and bad review. The good part is the staff, very good, can’t fault them at all, very helpful, polite, so no issues at all from them.The hotel itself self is clean and tidy, as are the rooms, so again I can’t fault that…but it’s very, very basic and I think the term would be compact. We also had a problem with the window, which didn’t shut properly, so we had traffic noise all night, so didn’t get much sleep in 3 nights.The location, isn’t bad, easy walking distance to metro and RER train, and Arc De Triumph.Overall is ok, except for the traffic noise Manuella Cabaret , Directeur général at Hotel Le 46, responded to this review Dear Peter,Thank you for your feedback.   Good size and clean room. The bed was comfortable. Good location. One window in the room wasn't accessible or in the best condition. Great street view and even had a view of part of the Effiel Tower. Nice area. Staff were friendly. Easy to store luggage when not in room.Price wise per night, I think it was overpriced, for what you get.   無法寄放一人一個行李箱

  我們在5/29入住了此間飯店，並於6/1早上退房。總共6人，訂了三間雙人房，在退房後提出寄放行李的要求時，被拒絕寄放全數行李，只能寄放三個行李箱與一個可放置於行李箱上的大提袋，原因是他們的行李倉儲空間不足。這是我們為期12天的旅行的最後一天，因此我們的行李的確較多。每個人都有一個行李箱，與一個可放置於行李箱上的提袋或背包，此外還有一個登機箱。飯店以空間不足為由，拒絕讓我們寄放所有人的行李箱，只能寄放三個行李箱與一個可放置於行李箱上的大型提袋。剩下的三個行李箱與其他小型提袋與背包，只好想辦法再找其他地方寄放，最終花費了約35歐元的寄物費用與額外的計程車費才處理好。我們支付了三間雙人房，總計六人的房費，且對於外籍旅客，每個人攜帶一個行李箱應該是非常正常的事情，飯店應該至少讓我們寄放6個行李箱。其餘提袋、背包若是無法寄放，我們完全可以接受。但最終只能寄放三個行李箱與一個大型行李袋，實在是非常不合理並對我們造成了很大的困擾。我們也有詢問，若是行李倉儲空間不足，部分不重要的行李，可以放置櫃檯旁邊，不一定要收進行李倉儲空間內，我們願意承擔其中的風險，但飯店人員也是果斷拒絕，完全沒有要幫忙協助的態度也很令人失望。在多年旅行的經驗中，可能住過上百間各類型的飯店或民宿，從來沒遇過這種事情，實在讓人感到驚訝與失望。尤其這是間三星級飯店，卻發生這樣的情況，讓我們必須花費額外的時間與金錢來處理這種一般三星級飯店都會提供的基本寄物服務。如果有提供旅客寄放行李的服務，是否應該準備同等於住客數量的空間來供使用？至少要讓每個人都可以寄放一個行李箱吧？如果空間總是不夠旅客寄放，應將「可寄放行李」的字眼從各大訂房網站與官網拔除才對。否則只是欺騙旅客⋯⋯。若知道會有這種問題，我們一開始根本不會選擇這間住宿。雖然房間空間蠻大（但廁浴很小），有電梯，大廳提供免費的水與咖啡，這些硬體設施都都很不錯。但我們完全不推薦這間住宿，未來也絕對不會考慮再次入住。除非是完全沒有行李需要寄放的旅人，其餘我們一律不推薦這間住宿。退房後卻無法寄物，我還以為我是住背包客棧或青年旅館呢⋯⋯實在是配不上三星級飯店的評價。We stayed at this hotel from May 29 to June 1 and booked three double rooms for six people. Upon check-out, we asked to store our luggage, but the hotel only allowed three suitcases and one large carry bag to be stored, saying their storage space was full.This was the last day of our 12-day trip, so each of us had one suitcase, a carry-on or backpack, and one small carry-on bag. We believe this is a very normal amount of luggage for international travelers.Unfortunately, the hotel refused to store all of it. We even offered to leave the extra luggage near the front desk at our own risk, but the staff still declined and were unwilling to help. As a result, we had to find another place to store the rest of our bags, which cost us around €35 plus taxi fees.For a 3-star hotel, this was extremely disappointing. We paid for three rooms and expected basic services like luggage storage after check-out. If the hotel cannot accommodate each guest’s suitcase, they should not advertise luggage storage on booking sites or their website.While the rooms were spacious and the lobby offered free water and coffee, we cannot recommend this hotel and will not stay here again. Unless you’re traveling without any luggage, we suggest looking elsewhere.   Great location, very good breakfast available and comfortable room. All staff (Reception, cleaning and kitchen) were ever so helpful and friendly.Easy access to transport, restaurants, supermarkets and attractions.Would definitely return here.
