I can’t thank Chantal at Hotel Colisée enough for her incredible kindness, patience, and dedication during a very stressful situation. After four hours of checking out of a previous hotel, I realized I had left my laptop behind—but I was having a hard time communicating with the staff there, especially since I don’t speak French. Several attempts to retrieve it had already failed. I began to fear my laptop was lost for good.Chantal immediately stepped in to help—without hesitation and well beyond the scope of her responsibilities. She personally spoke to the previous hotel on my behalf, not only translating but also firmly and graciously urging the staff to check the room themselves, rather than continuing to pass the responsibility around. That single, decisive action changed everything and ultimately led to my laptop being found. Thanks to her persistence and care, they finally found my laptop hidden under a bed sheet, hours after I had checked out.Chantal’s genuine willingness to help, combined with her professionalism and empathy, turned what could have been a nightmare into a moment of true relief. Her support went far beyond expectations, and I am deeply and forever grateful.Thank you, Chantal—you are an absolute star!

Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable room, and nice breakfast. They have a luggage room that only staff can open and you get your luggage back in exchange for a ticket they give you when storaged. The hotel is located half a block from Champs-Élysées Avenue, so it is very central and close to everything, including public transportation. I loved my stay there.

The staff was so welcoming and attentive and the rooms were perfect for my visit during Paris Fashion Week. I had also made the grave mistake of booking the wrong days and the manager cooperated with me in rectifying my booking without charging me full price to cancel certain days. They made my stay a breeze and I will definitely be back.
