The hotel is ideally located in the heart of Paris on a famous street, within paces of the Champs-Élysées and the Arc de Triomphe (300 m). It is also convenient for access to the shopping areas and the congress centres as well as tourist attractions, such as the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre Museum and an amusement park.

The hotel has 40 non-smoking rooms, including 1 single room, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by lift. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing. A garage is available for parking.     Good for location but lacking

    Room was cramped. There was not enough room for two suitcases. The room had an odor and walls were paper thin. I could hear conversations and coughing into the late hours of night. The temperature of the room would not stay consistent - it would be hot and stuffy of way too cold, there was no in between. Staff was friendly.     Decent but noisy hotel

    Nice hotel and very nice staff. However, the walls between the rooms are a bit thin and the pipes are noisy. I was woken up multiple times in the middle of the night by people in other rooms turning on taps.Also, the pillows are a bit silly. They are small and square.     Worst hotel I have ever stayed in, especially given they charge over 300 Euros for the privilege! No hot water in the evening and the breakfast was shockingly bad. Avoid avoid avoid.     Hotel was conveniently located near Champs-Élysées. Stayed for one night. Very clean and comfortable bed. Good air conditioning as was very hot during our stay.     Poor service and inappropriate staff behavior intruding in clients rooms

    I stayed in the hotel for a business trip. Poor quality and service that don’t deserve 4 stars - tiny rooms, lights not working, tiny common spaces. One day, I had a shock when I discovered a lipstick that was not mine in the bathroom. It could mean 2 things: either there was a SECURITY BREECH and a stranger intruded in my room, or someone from the staff used my room for personal purposes (and then what else was happening in my room with my things / in my bed…?). Either way it’s an intrusion in clients intimacy and a SERIOUS ISSUE OF SECURITY, PRIVACY AND HYGIENE. When I told this to the reception, they barely made an excuse, did not offer any kind of compensation. I wonder how often this kind of disgrace happens, in a so-called 4 stars hotel.
