  worst hotel experience ever. had to pay an extra €170 on another hotel for a night on arrival as our flight was delayed and they would not let us check into the hotel until the morning despite arriving just 20 minutes after check in closed and being told this was fine over the phone!! no elevator or air conditioning so having to drag a suitcase up 3 flights in 30 degree heat. on the third night of our stay we had great amounts of water pouring through the light fixtures in our bathroom all we could be offered for this was extra towels to put down. upon checking out they tried to charge us again for city tax despite having paid it when we arrived but they had misplaced there own copy of the receipt. all round worst experience at any hotel i’ve ever had with over €200 additional euros wasted due to terrible facilities and staff incompetence would absolutely avoid at all costs.

  Amazing cute hotel

  This hotel was lovely, the room was a perfect size at the top floor with a lovely balcony overlooking the street. Staff were also very friendly and housekeeping was available every day. There were many shops and restaurants nearby to get food and snacks as well as the metro station with the metro line ‘1’ which is the most useful route for tourists as this train stops at places where you can visit Tuileries garden, the Louvre, Galeries Lafayette etc. Would definitely visit again.

  Good value hotel in Paris

  Room was clean and as advertised, washroom was large and modern. No elevator or air conditioning which we knew upon booking. Hanine was at the front desk and was very helpful. Steps away from the subway station and a quick ride to all the major attractions. Great value.

  This place is small and cozy. But best all the help of Diya et Asma have been amazing. They are great people. They will direct to you the right direction at all times. They have been able to provide me with a lot of help.

  We arrived in the middle of August on a trip through France. We booked for three nights for €290 and had a room at the front of the hotel facing the street. We were warmly welcomed at the desk and although we weren't warned about the stairs or the parking ( €19 per day, about 1km away underground) it wasn't an issue for us. The room on the second floor was small and basic but clean enough. A fan had been provided, although no bottled water or cups to drink it from. We slept with the windows open due to the heat and if noise affects you then be warned it is a busy Paris street. There is no bar or restaurant on site but we ate very well at several local establishments. Our main problem was the mattress quality ( there was no protector ), and although firm it had seen better days and we did suffer a little back ache in the morning. Breakfast is basic but adequate if a little over priced for ok coffee and croissants, with one fruit bowl and some yogurt. I would come back again. Also for the money I think a couple of touches like a full length mirror, a few more hangers , bottled water and cups,would be better value.
