    Fantastic hotel. Staff were friendly & the room was spotless. Perfect location for visiting Palace of Versailles. Would highly recommend!

    Absolutely lovely hotel, staff were friendly and the room and location excellent, just a 5 minute walk from the Palace. (Literally to the gate)This was our first stop on our 2 week trip in France and one of the nicest we stayed in.It was a short bus ride away or 25 minute walk (bussed in walked back)We would stay here again in a heartbeat đź’“

    Just had a one night stopover here, after driving from Dieppe, heading South. Rooms were very spacious, and were interestingly decorated. Parking tricky to find to start with, and for our Isuzu truck , really tight. However the location is literally steps away from the Palace, bars and restaurants, so a good choice. .

    This hotel should be avoided. This is one of the worst hotels we have ever stayed in. Our first encounter was with the car park which has such a narrow entry and exit that it is almost impossible to get in and out without damaging your car. Getting out of our car we encountered a strong smell of sewage and/or rotting animals (signs stating - don’t touch the rats). The reception manager was certainly not welcoming. The hotel had no dining facilities (thankfully!) and we were forced to find a local restaurant (some great options). On going to our room the corridors still had an aroma of sewage and were unkempt. On opening the door to our room we had to forcefully use a shoulder and the room itself was in a very poor decorative state. The bed linen was dirty and the bathroom tap continually dripped. The WiFi was very poor and kept dropping out. Breakfast was disappointing. None of the food was covered. We were so disgusted that we checked out after the first night. We had paid for two nights but left after one. One final comment - the photos on the internet do not convey the House of Horrors that this hotel is.

    We recently stayed at Hôtel Le Versailles and had a pleasant experience overall. The location truly can’t be beat—just a short walk to the Palace of Versailles, which made sightseeing incredibly convenient and enjoyable.Our room was clean and quiet, though a bit dated in decor. The bed and pillows were on the firmer side, which might not suit everyone’s preference, but we still slept well. The service was polite and efficient, though not particularly personal—we didn’t really connect with any staff members during our stay, which we usually enjoy at higher-end hotels.That said, this hotel offers very good value for the area. For the price, we felt we received a solid experience with an unbeatable location. While it may not deliver luxury-level amenities or service, it’s a great choice for travelers looking for comfort, convenience, and affordability near the château.Would definitely recommend for those prioritizing location and value.
