  Did not enjoy my stay. The room did not feel clean. The toilet seat was broke and it ran all night. They only provided scratchy towels about the size of a hand towel. The location was nice but I would have paid more for a cleaner room. I left my travel adapter at the last hotel and this hotel did not have one.   Not a bad hotel. Was travelling alone for work. It’s not a business hotel by any means but I had a comfortable sleep, it was quiet and there was a decent shower, so ticked all the basics well.   Great hotel and location for a city trip.

  Hotel was pleasant and in a great location. Small rooms and bathroom made it very basic, but for sight seeing and not spending much time at the hotel it was absolutely fine.Staff all friendly and the hotel and bathroom was clean. Just what was needed for a 3 day trip.   Don’t bother booking

  Very disappointing stay.The amenities advertised in the booking were not available at all. I booked a double room for myself and my Nan, but we were given an unsuitable room and told it could not be changed because the hotel was “fully booked.”There was a significant language barrier, which made communication difficult and frustrating.Breakfast was very poor quality and not enjoyable.The room faced the road, resulting in constant street noise, and there was no window that could be opened for fresh air. The shower water had an unpleasant smell, the curtains were stained, and overall cleanliness was lacking.On top of this, we could clearly hear every time the guests upstairs flushed the toilet or used the sink, making it very hard to rest.Overall, this stay did not meet expectations and I would not recommend this hotel.   We had two double rooms during the 2024 holiday season. The rooms are in no way looking like the photos provided on Expedia, and I’m baffled by a 8.0 rating on Expedia. For $220 per room per night, this was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed at. The rooms were so tiny, dark, and low ceiling a tall person should not even try, walls and ceiling were stained, headboard and the tiny toy-sized nightstand and table were ancient, the mattress was so slanted to the middle of the bed your body would just roll to the middle, small 1-person 1-luggage elevator dropping you off at a dark non existing odd-shaped floor corridor about 3 feet by 3 feet at the most. The doors are crooked and have a gap above, hardly any outlets with some outlets broken, some rooms stink of sewer or urine, bathrooms are tiny to the point that your body is touching the walls, floors were not clean, there’s hardly what you can call a closet, it’s tight and tiny and dirty with a mish mash of different hangers, the thermostat is centrally controlled by the management, and the heater unit outside the window is horribly loud as a dump truck. What the hotel has got going for it is nice staff, good location accessible to subway stops and restaurants.
