    A clean, comfortable hotel with lovely staff, in the perfect location for us this weekend. My daughter and I booked comfortable twin beds in a room that is more spacious than many are in Paris. It was our base for three nights. There is a good choice of tasty items available for breakfast. Would definitely recommend this hotel.

    The hotel is located a very short walk to Gare de Lyon, which was important to me since I had an early train to catch. The room was as pictured, and very clean and functional. So for the price, location, and clean and comfortable room I’m giving five stars.

    Decent budget hotel a stone’s throw from the Gare de Lyon in a fairly quiet street. Breakfast looked and tasted fresh and was reasonably priced. Free cake for afternoon tea. Rooms are on the small side but more than adequate. Ultra polite staff. I’ll definitely be using it again.     This is a well-designed gem close to everything. Nothing fancy but everything you need with a fun decor. Breakfast has hot and cold options with fresh coffee! Treats available in the afternoon, with beer and wine to buy if you desire. Very friendly and helpful staff make staying here a very pleasant experience. The price, along with the location, is hard to beat!!! Highly recommend.     A small and quirky, cosy hotel with a good breakfast

    Only a short walk from Gare de Lyon, the hotel is tucked away almost opposite a big neon sign that says 'SEX SHOP!', in an unassuming row of buildings. First impressions are false though - inside, the Locomo provided a friendly welcome and tea and cake in the lobby. The room was small though, tight for two to unpack and move around, as was the bathroom. The quirky décor of the lobby, featuring lots of figures from French cartoons as well as Tintin's iconic rocket (two of them) and a Moana doll carries through to the room (another Moana) - I enjoyed this but it may not be to everyone's taste. The room faced a noisy street but had double double-glazing (two sets of windows) so was quite peaceful. Modern fittings in the bathroom but the rooms looked a bit tired.Breakfast was excellent, with lots of choice and a constant supply of fresh items appearing.Overall, good value for the price.An enjoyable stay but glad it was for only one night because of the size of the room.
