  Pros:tropical decor with foosball tables and billiard tablefree shuttle to airportbreakfast buffet starts early at 4:30 or 5 amVanessa very helpful. We wanted to change to a room with 2 beds and she made the change immediately to a room next door. The TV had a lag responding to the remote control.   Very nice airport hotel

  All the staff were great - very friendly and helpful. The unlimited buffet breakfast is very good with a wide choice of juices, fruits, meats, cheese, breads and hot food such as bacon and eggs. Our room was small but very clean and the aircon worked well. The communal areas are bright and airy and there are things like a pool table and some amusements for kids. The shuttle bus to/from the airport is great but note it only runs in the mornings and evenings - see hotel website for details. We used it as a base during a stopover for a day in Paris. The convenient Orly bus was cancelled as of March 2025 but there is a tram station 100m from the hotel and it takes about 45 mins with a change to get into the centre of Paris. Would certainly stay here again if in the area.

  ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! Business Customers should stay at the other Mercure hotels

  09-09 There are better Mercure hotels in the Rungis area for foreigners on business. Service in the restaurant is non-existent! I arrived to the restaurant for dinner at 8:00pm, it was already quite full with hotel guest on business. In French, I asked Waiter #1 for a table for one as I was alone. He looked around and I could see that there were only tables for 4 and 8 available. All of the 2 top tables were taken. He asked me to sit at the bar to wait for a table to become available. I was not happy about this but went over to the bar to wait. After 10 minutes of waiting, I realized that he was on his own with one other waiter #2 and they were both running around furiously to keep up. I approached waited #1 again and asked if I could sit down at an empty table closer to the reception area, he said it was okay but that I would have to flag down his colleague who was responsible for tables closer to the bar. It took 20 minutes to get his attention and finally place an order but only after I got up and went to the bar to place my order. I ordered a salmon which the menu failed to describe properly. I thought I was getting a grilled Salmon on a bed of sauteed vegetables, instead it came in a pool of oil and soggy vegetables AND contained Aubergines which I am allergic to. When I went to the bar to complain to Waiter #2, he just acted like he couldn't be bothered. He told me that was dish and that's what I ordered ! But the description was simply inaccurate. The worst part of my experience outside of paying 14 euros for a dish that I partially ate is that I spent another 45 mins. thereafter with NO ONE coming to ask me if I needed anything or to even offer me a drink for the lack of service. Both waiters spent the whole time running to keep up with the dining area. I had to go to reception to ask for the check and told them that I refused to wait any longer! It would have been more appropriate to simply go back to my room when no one showed up. 2 waiters for 40ß50 customers in one shot is a JOKE!!

  Great airport hotel!

  This is a great airport hotel! I needed an overnight near Orly connecting from the US to Portugal. I took tram #7 from the airport to the hotel for about €2 - very easy. The hotel has a nice restaurant and an excellent breakfast. They have a “navette” shuttle bus that runs from in front of the hotel back to Orly. The room was very clean, quiet, and comfortable and nicely designed. In-room Nespresso machine, Nuxe bath products, small refrigerator, robe and slippers. Slept very well with the blackout curtains. There were a lot of different flight crews staying at the hotel as well as national police and other security guys who work at Orly. It’s probably the safest hotel in all of France!🙂
