We recently stayed here for a few nights whilst visiting Paris and found this hotel to be perfect for our needs. The hotel is relatively easy to get to from CDG and is situated in a less-touristy area of the city which made it a quieter stay. The hotel is located near the park, a decent-sized shopping centre with several shops and eateries (such as a large Carrefour). There are also 2 metro stations (Couvisart and Place d'Itale) within a minutes walk which meant the area was easily accessible. The hotel itself is modern, very clean, and well equipped (such as having a mini-fridge, safe, and kettle within the room), though there were a few scuffs knocking about but nothing a lick of paint would solve. We also appreciated the unlimited complementary water provided which meant we saved money on buying it from the shop. Breakfast was continental which had a reasonably large selection and was all of good quality. Overall we would not hesitate to stay here again when visiting Paris! Disgrace of a hotel zero compassion for customers

Hotel was average. Had an issue with the hotel by accidentally booking wrong date but booked again with the correct date. I explained to management (Yassine) and he is just being unreasonable and refusing to issue a refund for the wrong date booking. Regret rebooking and choosing this hotel. Wouldn’t recommend staying here. They just take advantage of a honest mistake.

The hotel is well located near a metro. Great neighborhood with many wonderful restaurants. The room is a typical room size for Paris. We had a lovely terrace on the top floor. It was wonderful to sit out at night with the cool air. Check in was quick and we were offered water and shown amenities.

Place d'Italie is located in a typical French area of Paris, the prices are not as high as in the more central districts. Back to the hotel itself: 50 comfy and spotless clean rooms, the other facilities are limited: underground breakfast area, 24 hours reception with friendly staff, that is it. Very little street noise and blackout curtains provide a good sleep. The only issue are the room doors, which can only be closed with a loud slam... Nothing fancy but gets the job done

There's nothing fancy about this hotel but the accommodations were pretty straightforward. I had an excellent stay at this hotel. Very convenient location as restaurants and convenient stores were just outside. Luckily, I was upgraded to a 3 bed room which more than made up for the tiny rooms.
