    WORST STAFF EVER I ARRIVED JUST BEFORE MIDNIGHT AND ALL I WANTED WAS TO GO TO MY ROOM, THE ARABIC GUY AT THE RECEPTION AND HIS FRENCH LADY MANAGER WERE THE WORST VERY RUDE AND SHOUTING AND WHEN I TOLD THEM ILL CALL THE POLICE THEY SHOUTED MORE AND WERE REFUSING TO CHECK ME IN ALTHOUGH I PAID THE ROOM IN FULL SAYING I HAVE TO PAY ANOTHER 300 EUROS AS A DEPOSIT (THE ROOM WAS 82 EUROS!!!!!) Never in my entire life have i experienced such low level service i live in Dubai with 5 stars hotel service and up And have been traveling for 15 years now internationallly, just came from Rome with a magical hotel experience!!!! I’ve never seen this horrible terrible experience except in Paris!!!! Really awful staff and awful room!

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff was welcoming and professional throughout my visit.However, I would like to mention a few points that could be improved. The breakfast offered did not provide a wide variety of choices. It was also unfortunate that the restaurant was closed during the weekend.     Everything was great. Our two dogs were also welcome and the restaurant had great food (chateau briand! 😋 and steak tartare) The beds had excellent matrasses and with good curtains were the light was notcoming through!     We recently stayed at Oceania Roissy CDG and overall had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is modern, clean, and nicely decorated, with a lovely indoor pool that was great for relaxing before our flight. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and our room was comfortable and well-maintained. A special thank you for the thoughtful birthday touch for my boyfriend — the sweets on the bed were such a lovely surprise and really appreciated!There were a few things that left us a little disappointed, though. The hotel is advertised as a spa hotel, but in reality, it’s more of a hotel with a pool — there’s no sauna or hammam, which we had expected. It’s still a lovely property, especially for an airport hotel, but the “spa” label feels a bit misleading.We were also a bit underwhelmed by the restaurant. It’s described as “gourmet,” but the meal we were given (a mozzarella ball followed by fish and chips) was very basic and we weren’t offered a choice. The extra tax and deposit charges were quite high as well (300€, plus 90€ tax) — even though the deposit is refundable, it felt excessive.One other issue we encountered: someone entered our room unannounced and without knocking. Thankfully, it wasn’t at an awkward moment, but it did feel like a big breach of privacy.Lastly, for those considering this hotel as a base to visit central Paris — the location isn’t ideal for sightseeing. Getting into the city (to see the Louvre, Eiffel Tower, etc.) was surprisingly difficult, and the public transport links into Paris were, in short, terrible. Of course, this isn’t the hotel’s fault, but it’s worth noting. If your goal is to explore the city, you may be better off choosing a hotel closer to the centre.That said, for a quick stopover or airport stay, Oceania Roissy CDG is a solid choice with some lovely features and a kind, welcoming team.     Room too warm despite constantly altering the temperature.Shower not warm enough also it was not entirely clean.
