    This hotel is situated quite well as long as you are happy to walk a bit and want to be out of the center of Paris. It is only a few minutes from the Seine but about 20 minutes from the Eiffel tower. The Hotel was quite clean, facilities were good to an extent, water, tea coffee. Breakfast was very nice, lovely OJ and scrambled eggs particularly, they also catered for GF which was most appreciated. BUT if booking my advice would be to check the location is suitable and ask not to be housed in room 804. The bed was very large and comfortable but the bathroom was made for the tiniest pixies ever known. Impossible to repose(ahem) on the toilet and shut the door as legs got in the way and the shower cubicle was so small that when you turn to close the screens you are very likely to turn the water off or down to freezing. If we had been staying any more than 2 nights we would asked to be moved. As expected the remote control had no back to it (a favourite midnight thought of mine is: what happens to all those remote control backs :0). Very limited options on the TV, as always most hotels are missing a trick by not having some radio and news/weather options on the tv's.

    Very friendly, helpful and welcoming staff, cute and comfy rooms - they are snug but it's part of the charm and is central Paris so fab if you're on a budget.Very tasty breakfast. Lovely to have doors in our room that open for fresh air and views across the roof tops. Nice bar / restaurants in the area and can overlook the River Seine only 5minutes walk away.     It was a great experience. The room was small but we only needed it as a place to sleep and barely spent any time there. They did daily cleaning and daily new towels. I also liked that they had water for free in the lobby and you could get express breakfast to go for 5€ or 14€ for a small buffet style breakfast. The people are so acommodating and so nice in the hotel. I also like that they speak spanish and english. If you plan on using the bus like we did it was a great way to get around from the hotel. The bus stop is very close to the entrance and you get service to lines 42, 72 and 22 which connects you easily to the eiffel, louvre and the major tourists spots. We didnt know how to use the bus but the app rtap and google got us literally everywhere.     Great Stay at Hotel OHM

    Stayed at this lovely hotel with my wife, daughter and son in law for the French Open tennis. Excellent location near to the venue. Nice and clean with very helpful staff. Well located for shops, restaurants and supermarket. Free coffee facility was a nice touch.     I had to create an account to inform others about how appalling the customer service is at this hotel!!I booked a double twin room on their website.After receiving a booking confirmation, they said the room will be a Twin OR Double, which was the first mention it could be a double bed.I emailed them within 30 minutes of making the booking to clarify this, but they said they had no twin rooms left. I asked them to cancel my booking but they refused to refund me.I have tried contacting their customer service who are incredibly rude.Avoid at all costs!
