    This is a lovely hotel in an amazing location. Room was great. Staff helpful. The only issue we had was with a leaky shower which we reported and this was resolved by the time we returned. Other things were small things that would have improved the stay. As there is no room service, snacks to buy would be nice, also some wine available. Also water in rooms. There were only paper cups to fill downstairs which wasn't convenient. Milk for tea/coffee would also be nice, although the reception staff kindly gave me some when I asked for it. Other than this, which is quite minor...I know l will be back and stay here again. Easily accessible to Metro and Buses and walkable to many area.

    This hotel was easy, comfortable and convenient. Very safe and convenient location not too far from tube stations, shops and restaurants. Only negative was that the rooms were a bit on the warm side.

    The hotel was a huge disappointment. We booked a room in the middle of summer specifically because it was advertised with air conditioning. We chose this place so we could escape the heat, but the AC didn't work. After we asked for a new room multiple times, the staff ignored our requests. We slept horribly and had no other choice.​To make things even worse, we asked to extend our check-out by just one hour since we hadn't slept at all, and the staff said we'd have to pay. It’s completely unacceptable to charge for an extra hour after they failed to provide a functioning room in the first place.

    Read other reviews- if there is a problem -it will not get fixed. AC WAS NOT WORKING ant 100 degrees, their solution was “to open the window”.. and they refused to refund so we could go to a different hotel. Other people- hot water wasn’t working and they said “tomorrow” will get fixed. Never fixed it. The hotel is Old, rooms dark, management - terrible!!! There are so many nice OTHER hotels in the area - do the research and AVOID THIS HOTEL!!!!

    You get what you pay for. Hotel shower is a bath tub you have to sit in. They did not disclose this before booking. Otherwise hotel is okay for 1 day. Old and run down
