  Better speak French if you need any assistance!

  I was really looking forward to our visit (it being the last place we stayed on our way back to London the next morning). Our checkin was great though entering the establishment was a bit confusing. I wasn’t expecting a cafe to be the first thing I saw. However, the guy that checked us in was kind & very hospitable. We found the tablet in our room challenging at times but when it worked, the sound and picture quality was great.We had a room with a balcony but were unable to use it because it was infested with ants. As soon as the door was opened, they would enter quickly! The bedding was decent. The flow of the room we had was a bit awkward but tolerable. Upon our checkout, there was a much older gentleman handling the process & he was curt & rude in my opinion. I guess he wasn’t happy that we couldn’t speak French. Unfortunately, there was a marathon going on while we were trying to catch an uber to the train station. At first he was communicating with us in English but all of a sudden, he begin speaking in French only. Thankful that another person (lady) came over to interact with us. Because of his demeanor, I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this establishment if he still works here! He was the worse!!!!   For movie buffs that is obviously the place to be. We had a great experience in the grande suite cinema which provided everything we wished for and even more . It was a real treat to watch from our huge and comfortable bed movies that were still being played at the theatre next door. Breakfast was delicious ; the staff turned out to be helpful and friendly. And I must say that even my lack of knowledge in new technologies didn’t prevent me from enjoying the laptop that monitors not only the screen and the curtains but also the lights. I will be back !   Find a better spot

  Filthy carpets in the room, stains on the wall, inferior bed pillows, broken aircon, no bar fridge, suspect neighbourhood with lots of beggars. Limited movie options on the platforms available, and if you want to watch something new you still have to rent it.There are better options in Paris. I am not coming back.

  Loved this hotel: great value for money with modern rooms that are compact yet don’t feel crammed (I had a room with a small terrace facing the boulevard). The beds are comfy and having room service included when you chose a package with breakfast was a nice bonus. The hotel is in a great location and it’s in the same building as a cinema with the cinema vibe reflected in the design and clearly the highlight is the video projector that allows watching films and tv on a large movie screen.The hotel also has a small rooftop terasse featuring beautiful views of Paris (including the Eiffel tower in the distance).Only minus for me was the lack of body lotion and conditioner in the rooms (room only had a mixed body-hair washer type product..)I would be happy to come back next time I’m in town!   A dream come true

  A wonderful concept and actually a dream come true for us as cinema and trendy hotel lovers !We were in the « Cinema Suite » and everything was awesome. Having one’s personal movie theater is quite an experience !
