    The hotel is located 10 minutes from the mainline station and 2 minutes from metro. Despite being in a side street there is considerable overnight noise as the glazing is singular. Room smelt damp/drain on arrival. The walls are thin and shake when someone shuts a door on the same floor. The rooms are small and the bathrooms tiny. Breakfast at €14 a person. Didn’t try it, you’re are surrounded by bakeries and restaurants. Cleaning ok, cup not washed or replaced for three days. Booked via Eurostar so cannot comment on overall value.

    The decor is a little dated, the room was compacted. But very very clean , The bed was so comfy making for a brilliant night sleep. The hotel is 10 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly. Despite being at the front of the hotel the nosie leave was ok didn't disturb our sleep.

    Nice, boutique hotel, walking distance from/to Gare du Nord. Clean room, comfortable bed and decent bathroom. Friendly, hotel staff. Lots of amenities nearby - supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, ice-cream shops etc.

    I don’t know how this has bad reviews. We’ve just checked in and staff very welcoming and gave us a drink. Yes rooms are small, but welcome to Europe. I’m guessing Americans would be surprised by they’re used to US rooms but if you’re in a historic beautiful European capital then yes, some of the budget hotels are in old buildings with small rooms and no AC.For the price we think this place is lovely, well situated and close to lots of Paris must see destinations.

    What a dump of a place

    Booked in for 4 nights, no wifi no air condtioning. When I reported it to the front desk, they went through the motions of trying to turn on the air conditioner and then suggested I use the fan already in the room. They offered a refund and after providing a copy of the invoice and an email of complaint, I have been following up and been assured that my refund will be processed. At the time of writing, still no sign of my refund. Shocking experience.
