  Booked through Booking.com expecting the room shown in the photos. What we got was a box with a fan on a 33-degree day, zero mention of no air conditioning at check-in, and zero action after complaining to reception twice. The staff played dumb the whole time, pretending nothing was wrong so they wouldn’t have to deal with it. When we pushed harder, the first receptionist claimed the entire hotel had no AC. That was a lie. A second receptionist later admitted it was our room only. Meanwhile, the reception desk itself was perfectly air conditioned. We paid full price for a room that wasn’t fit for the conditions, with staff who lied to our faces rather than fix the problem.The photos are heavily edited. The rooms are small. Before you book: call ahead and confirm your room has AC. Don’t trust the listing. Don’t trust the photos. And if you need basic comfort in a Paris heatwave, look elsewhere.

  Terrible experience – Health hazard and zero flexibility.

  My wife and I booked a week-long stay, paid in full upfront. While the location is good, the room hygiene was unacceptable. Immediately upon entering, my wife suffered a severe allergic reaction to the dust in the carpet, to the point where she struggled to breathe.When we asked for a room without carpet or a solution, the staff was unhelpful. They stated all rooms were identical and refused to assist us in finding alternative accommodations. We were forced to find and pay for a new hotel nearby on our own.Despite this being a legitimate health and safety concern, management refused any refund, citing their "non-refundable" policy. They even blamed us, stating we should have seen the carpet in website photos before booking. Most shockingly, the assistant manager claimed they wash the carpets every two months as if that were a standard of cleanliness; for an allergy sufferer, that is incredibly poor hygiene.We essentially paid for a week-long stay we couldn't use due to health risks. I feel completely let down by their lack of empathy and basic cleanliness standards. Avoid this place if you value respiratory health. Notre établissement applique donc une fréquence largement supérieure aux standards du secteur, afin de garantir un environnement propre et conforme aux exigences d’hygiène.Aucune non-conformité sanitaire n’a par ailleurs été constatée. Au vu des éléments ci-dessus, aucun remboursement ne peut être accordé, celui-ci n’étant pas justifié.Nous tenons également à préciser que notre personnel a refusé votre demande de remboursement, mais n’a en aucun cas refusé de vous aider à trouver un autre établissement adapté à l’allergie de votre épouse.Nous rappelons enfin que demander un remboursement en échange d’un avis positif, ou menacer de laisser un avis négatif en cas de refus, constitue une pression commerciale induite, qui n’est pas autorisée.   Fabulous Stay in Great Location

  My daughter and I thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay here. The staff were extremely accommodating and helpful with great recommendations. Always coffee, tea or flavored water in the lobby upon arriving back from a long day of walking. The room was very small, but we were in Paris so didn't mind a bit!   Rooms far too small and no storage

  Very comfortable hotel on a quiet street

  We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is very small but very comfortable. The location is great, walkable to so many things, including the Louvre Museum. We enjoyed room service our first night as we were exhausted from the long flight. The hotel staff, including Mary, specifically, were very kind and helpful and made wonderful suggestions and were just helpful in general. the hotel is located on a quiet street. If you are a large person the shower may not be big enough for you so keep that it mind. The towels are nice and fluffy and the shower has nice water pressure and plenty of hot water. the bed was also comfortable and having a refrigerator was super nice. I would stay here again for sure.
