    Woken up at 7 a.m. by construction work (drilling, banging on walls) without any warning. Already changed rooms the day before because of noise from the pipes. No air conditioning, stifling heat in the room, impossible to sleep because of the light from the lamps, tiny bathroom—if you're taller than 5'11," you'll have trouble showering. I was at the back of the building and some young people were partying until 3 a.m. It was impossible to reach reception to get them to move. I made a complaint as requested by reception (email sent) and received no response. Very disappointing: no information and no action taken.

    The hotel and the room were clean, but very basic. The room was small and the bathroom with shower tiny. There is no AC and during a heatwave the room was very hot and difficult to sleep. Constant traffic and other noise made it a diffcult choise of keeping the window open to get some air and suffer the noise, or keep the window closed for some quiet and suffer the heat. Breakfast was limited but ok quality and croissants were fresh and good. Bus stops were close and the neighbourhood was fine. Distance to central Paris meant that we did not use the hotel during the day. Staff did their job.

    If you’re coming here on a school trip, all I’ll say is GOOD LUCK. Most insufferable place on earth Rooms are “quaint” to the extent that you (quite literally) could NOT swing a cat around in there. The bathroom is horribly designed wdym the shower and toilet are practically joined in one vessel? Awful We never got the water to be a bearable temperature it was always either colder than the bloody arctic or hotter than the Sahara. Roommates found what I’ll say “strange” items around the room upon arrival which was equally disgusting and disturbing. PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN BLANKETS AND PILLOWS They give you a horrifying red “blanket” on the bed which I’m convinced has never seen a washing machine and it’s useless - we were ABSOLUTELY FREEZING TO DEATH DURING THE NIGHTTTT!! Window broken too and heater that didn’t even work xAfter waking up from a rough sleep in the beds that are harder than granite rock, you’d think you can look forward to breakfast to start the day off on a better note, right? NOPEEEE think again. Stale pastries, limited options and an uncomfortable environment to eat in. This place genuinely gave me horror vibes even the corridors look like those of a prison and I’m not even being dramatic Please STAY SAFE.

    Stayed here a few nights and would not recommend. Staff are not very friendly and it is noisy around 6 in the morning when bins seem to get emptied outside. Room was warm and shower tiny. Breakfast does not have a great choice either. Will definitely not return.

    Decent stay, some nights can get quite loud as neighbours think it's a great idea to have a party. No staff or security to qutiened down the noise. Also breakfast is very limited in choice and it's not included even though they claim it is. We had to pay €6 every morning.The place is clean, staff are very friendly when on sight and check in was easy
