  For Paris hotel's price amazing, not far from underground so you can use it and be in the city center for 20-30 minutes. Rooms can't say that amazing it depends from your expectations, as for me it's standard room, clean and more than enough to stay in.

  We stayed in this hotel for 2 nights in October 2024 as we visited de cars exhibition in Paris. The hotel is close (650 metres) to the underground station of Coteaux Beauclair, line 11. It is only a 10 minutes walk from the underground station to the hotel. We found our room comfortable and clean and the price was very good (134.60 euros for 2 nights in a double) considering that I booked it only the day before arrival. We were 2 people and it was a triple room with a double and a single bed. The beds were very comfortable and we slept deeply. No noises during the night even if the hotel was fully booked during our stay. The continental breakfast was also very good (7 euros per person) with freshly made croissants, fresh crunchy baguettes (delicious), sliced cake, sliced toasted bread, hot drinks from the automated machine, orange juice, yogurt, cereals and jams. The hotel staff was nice and friendly and our room was cleaned after the first night by the room staff, the beds done and we were given clean towels. We will definitely come back to this hotel in the future if we come to Paris again.   the staff are friendly, please include atleast cooked egg choices like fried egg,boiled egg and more, atleast put kettle in the room, to have some hot beverage on thier room no need to bring coffee powder, etc they can buy for thier own, still the good aboutbthis hotel is a friendly receptionist rebecca and the other guy from night shift is very kind and the house keeping staff is nice aswell.   When we arrived at the hotel, we were greeted without any smiles and lack of interest. The lobby smelt vile.When we went up to our room, we were met with the smell of stale cigarettes. There were cigarette burns in the bedding and even the bedding smelt of it. Baring in mind non of us are smokers and we had our 5 year old daughter with us.The window was unsafe it had no child safety locks - which I understand we are in a different country so their safety standards can be different than to ours. The cleaning standard was disgusting the bathroom was filthy and it was not hygienic at all.We went back to reception and the gave us another key for the room next door. When we went to check the new room it was exactly the same.We went back down to reception and asked for our money back. They said because the manager wasn’t there they can’t do that so we had to fill out a complaints form with our contact details and our complaint.We left and had to book something else, so we booked to stay at the Art Hotel Eiffel which was lovely but we lost out on the money we paid for the original hotel plus the time taken away from our holiday and the wasted taxi faresThe hotel is refusing to pay compensation for the two nights we were booked there - even though we never even stayed there. Booking.com not willing to do anything either!It’s not worth trying to save money - book something nicer and more central to Paris as this is quite far out from the centre and metro not as easy to use as we thought. You had a reservation with the lower rate that could not be refund but exceptionaly, you received the refund.The hotel renovation was supposed to start earlier but because of the Covid19 issue it started only in December 2020.But I really understand your opinion to stay in down town Paris even though the rate is higher.Best regards

  The only redeeming thing about our stay was the shower was good although cubicle was on the small side. The reviews/images didn't live up to experience. They room tiny but that would have been OK if it wasn't dirty, the stains on the bathroom door not pleasant. The carpet in the corridors were dirty, burnt in places, stained and filthy. Breakfast was a joke - non-existent selection - no plates but only tissue paper. Tired looking ambiance - poorly lit corridors. Need to stop because recalling the stay not good for me. Never again
