The hotel has 38 rooms, including 6 single rooms and 26 double rooms, which are located on 6 storeys and are reachable by a lift. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day.     We arrived at the hotel on Thursday, August 21st. On Saturday, August 23rd, and Sunday, August 24th, we found the beds unmade (there was no personal belongings on them that would have prevented them from being made; I attach photos from Sunday).On Saturday, we reported the incident to reception, but it had no effect.On Sunday, the tissue box was not changed.Housekeeping did not clean the bathroom on Saturday. They also did not replenish plastic cups or tea and coffee sachets (which we don't consider important).We are completely disappointed. Housekeeping did not perform their minimum duties, and reception was unable to rectify the error, as it was repeated again on Sunday.We consider this incident unacceptable. This has never happened to us at any other hotel before... until we arrived at the Prince Albert Lyon Bercy.     A quiet and nice stay

    A nice cozy hotel where to stay while discovering the beauty of Paris. It Is very close to the train station Paris Gare de Lyon and in a nice area, with restaurants and pubs. Rooms are clean but small, bathrooms wide and modern. Breakfast Is good. The staff Is really kind and polite, It Is a pleasure to ask them for what you Need.     A bad experience in many ways ...

    We booked two 'single' rooms for one night at this hotel. We had a relatively early flight and arrived at the hotel at around 10:30 a.m. We knew that the rooms would not be available until 3 p.m., and apparently there were no rooms available for early check-in. That wasn't a problem in itself. We returned to the hotel at 2:10 p.m. and thought we would have better luck. The receptionist said the same thing she had said in the morning: ‘Not until 3 p.m.’ If this is an absolute rule (‘Not a minute earlier...’), then it is legally acceptable. Nevertheless, it is unlikely that there would be no rooms available at 2:10 p.m. at all ... Furthermore, as a customer-friendly receptionist, if I saw that two customers had arrived very early, I would contact the cleaning staff and ask, ‘Could you perhaps clean rooms XX and XY a little earlier and get them ready...?’ or find another ‘more pleasant’ solution than the standard answer, ‘Not until 3 p.m.’ But that wasn't all: my friend forgot a jacket in the wardrobe when he left, and there was no response at all to two emails about this – one from my friend and one, a week later, from me (because it was me who had done the booking.com reservation). When my friend personally passed by again 14 days later, they said that nobody had found such a jacket in our rooms. Both this fact and the lack of response to two emails are more than surprising. This hotel will see us never again!
