This appealing city hotel is located between the Opera and close to Madeleine. The hotel is an oasis of peace and quiet with a welcoming and warm atmosphere. Within 200 m of the hotel are links to the public transport system, which can easily be reached on foot. In the immediate vicinity, there are further cultural and historical highlights as well as a diverse range of numerous restaurants, cafes, bars and extensive entertainment venues are available.

The hotel was built in 1900. 36 rooms, including suites, 5 single rooms and 28 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by a lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a baggage storage service, a safe and a currency exchange service. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday.     Nice updated hotel, great location!

    wait in the lobby as they got the room ready - receptionist gave us all candies which my kids definitely enjoyed (family of 4). Everyone was super friendly, and room was a good size. Had a front room that had a pull out bed (which they had a setup for us) plus another loveseat. Then a 1 bedroom which was a good size. Everything was nicely updated and felt newly remodeled. The nespresso machine was a nice touch, and it was good to have a fridge. If you are tall, the room we had was on the 6th floor and while the dormers helped, the roof was slanted and the beams were low. We are not tall, but still needed to take care on the ceiling. It was also nice to have an elevator - it is very small. All 4 of us could not fit with luggage. The location was great, 5min from 2 different stations - plenty of markets and restaurants within a few minutes. They had 24/7 coverage at the front desk, and everyone was smiling and helpful - nice to know if I lost my key or had some issue, there was someone there. It also felt safe in the area - no worries for me any family of younger kids. Overall I'd definitely recommend this place and come back next time we were in Paris.

    One of the worst hotels in paris!!

    The hotel is one of the worst in Paris!!The double room I had booked was one of the smallest I have seen in my life!It was so small that while I was trying to enter with my suitcase, I hit my body myself several times by bumping on the wall. Since I am slim, I imagine that a person with more weight could never get in!! The furniture were old and worn, almost dated like 30 years ago. The bathroom was also old and very small and in the bathtub only half of my body could fit it!The breakfast was served in an external closed and very small space and it was one of the worst I have ever experienced.There was only a few croissants, cheese and ham, coffee and juice and nothing else. I am surprised that the rating of the hotel is 4.1 here, as in my opinion it shouldn't have more than 1.5 !! Don't go to this hotel!Save your money for a hotel where people respect you as a customer! Our Double Comfort rooms were fully refurbished in 2019 and feature modern furniture. The furnishings are therefore recent and certainly not “30 years old” as mentioned. While, as in many centrally located Parisian hotels, room sizes may be more compact than in some other countries, the exact dimensions are clearly indicated on our website and fully comply with Paris standards.Regarding breakfast, we are equally surprised by your description. We offer homemade cakes, homemade club sandwiches, seasonal products, a selection of pastries, cheeses and cold cuts, as well as juices and hot beverages. Eggs are freshly prepared to order (omelets, scrambled eggs, etc.). The breakfast room is located in our second building, accessible by simply crossing our patio, where our Christmas tree was displayed during the holiday season.We always encourage our guests to inform the reception team of any concerns during their stay so that we may address them immediately and ensure a pleasant experience.Guest satisfaction remains our top priority, and our consistent ratings reflect the positive experiences of the majority of our guests.Faithfully yours,

    Good location . Reception service was mediocre and staff were not friendly. Breakfast was not good as I expected . Ventilator already old and broken yet we were asked to pay for damages even though we barely touched.     Reception service and room were OK. Breakfast service was not as good as usual. But I'm happy to give it the benefit of the doubt because I was always satisfied before.
