    Great location, clean but small rooms. Issue was WIFI

    Great location near many metro stops. Does have good front desk people there 24/7. Did not eat breakfast there but it did look okay. Rooms are very small but clean and comfortable. You do hear people next to you especially if they are being loud. They will hold your luggage if needed which was great. Our biggest issues was with the WiFi. We could not get it in our room. As a result we had to go down to the lobby anytime we wanted to use it. I did mentioned it to the staff but no change. This made planning but harder. Safe area and plenty to do near and walk to restaurants. For those with mobility issues there are a few steps to go up to get to elevator so might not be best.

    Great place to stay at. Just totally renovated. Great location near three separate metro stops and four or diversions bus stops that help to efficiently get you where you want to go. Third time we have stayed here. Will stay there again when we go back. People are nice and very helpful. Great breakfast pastry place run by a mother and daughter that is three minutes away. Great pan de chocolat and Americano coffee!! Took two of our children and spouses and had a great time with so many memories. If you get to Pars, make a dinner reservation at Le Cabanon De La Butte up by Sacre Coeur. You will not be disappointed.

    Lovely Hotel

    Stayed here for 4 nights at the beginning of April with my partner. We used Hotel Raspail as a base for our visit to Paris. The hotel is very close to the Metro, a direct line from Gare du Nord which is perfect if travelling on the Eurostar. All of the main sights are within walking distance, up to 50 minutes for the Eiffel Tower, however, you didn't notice whilst strolling through the parisian streets with all the hustle and bustle. Breakfast was continental which was plentiful and had lots of choice.We stayed in the Junior Suite with the Eiffel Tower view, (which did not disappoint) and it was well worth spending the extra money. The room was very spacious and airy, which had 3 huge bay windows. Lastly, the staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful. Thank you for a lovely stay.

    Really nice stay. The rooms are recently renovated and very comfortable. Beds are comfy, the room and bathroom are nicely laid out and the closet was great. The hotel has a filtered water bottle in the room which i really appreciate. Also, the lady at the front desk and her daughter were very sweet and welcoming. My team and I look forward to coming back next year.

    We booked our 3rd stay at Mercure Raspail last November.As always, we found the staff extremely pleasant. Shame they did not pick on my message saying that I was celebrating my birthday...We had some issue with a flickering light that had not been fixed although the 2nd manager we spoke to succeeded to disconnect it. We were also offered an alternative room which we declined as it was not in the right location and we had already unpacked our suitcases.This being said, a big thank you to all 3 managers we spoke to during our stay who responded promptly. Alex offered us a free breakfast each as a way of compensating us. It was very nice and we were very pleased (and surprised) with the quality of the breakfast: hot food, lovely bread selection and more to the point, the cheese selection was absolutely amazing! There were also danish and even an apple cake!The room was very small but adequate.The location of the hotel is brilliant, in the heart of Paris, near all main attractions and close to a variety of metro stations with different lines to use.We will most definitely return to our favourite hotel in Paris.Thank you very much to the hotel team.Merry Christmas to all.
