Location

The hotel is wonderfully located in the centre of Paris some 800 m from the Place de l'Opéra. The establishment is just 1 km from an array of sights including the famous Galeries Lafayette shopping centre, Moulin Rouge, Montmartre with the basilica of Sacré Coeur, the Arc de Triomphe and the splendid boulevard of the Champs Élysées. Europe metro station is a mere 400 m away and St. Lazare is 600 m from the hotel. It is 20 minutes to Charles de Gaulle airport.

Facility

27 rooms, including 5 apartments, 8 single rooms and 12 double rooms, are located on 6 storeys and can be reached by lift. Guests are warmly welcomed by English- and French-speaking staff at the 24-hour reception desk in the lobby. Check-in/check-out service is available round the clock. Amenities include a cloakroom, baggage storage service, safe and currency exchange service. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas.     MOHAMED TAHA is the best in Hotel Regence Paris, he is so kind and gentil, he is the best of the hotel, très gentil, très fiable. I stayed in Hotel Regence Paris from september 27th to october 5th, room 103, this hotel is in a perfect location, near Place de Clichy. My name is Jesús Benítez Oropeza.

    Well located, clean, comfortable and friendly, with a well chosen, fresh breakfast buffet. We found this hotel very charming and would definitely recommend. There is a lovely bistrot at the end of the street too, with a good wine list and cheese plate.

    Horrible hotel. Does not look like the pictures. Staff is rude and aggressive. Hole in the ceiling, dirty, no air conditioning, extremely hot, water stains, unstable flooring etc. Do yourself a favor and find another hotel.

    Great location, cafes, restaurants, pharmacy, shops, laundromat are all close to hotel. Staff were pleasant. Public transport was also close. The room was superficially clean, the bed needed better quality sheets and pillows and mattress protector.

    Deposits paid and never refunded beware

    It is with regret I have to leave this negative feedback.On checking in we where asked for 60.00 euros deposit which would be refunded on departure, which we accepted. Yet the refund were never made until my credit card company got involved and refunded without delay.We are a mature couple who did not add any charges for any services within the stay further more we returned back 7 hours later to collect the luggage, again nothing advised to charges.If you intend to stay at this accommodation we recommend due care taken if any deposits are to be made BEWARE.
