Location

This popular hotel is located in the heart of Clichy. A profusion of shops and other entertainment venues are within easy walking distance or can be reached on public transport. The nearest metro station is Marie de Clichy, which is 800 m away from the building and Saint Lazare train station is around 2.5 km away. Some of Paris' sightseeing attractions, such as the opera house, Galeries Lafayette, the Champs-Elysées or the well-known shopping quarter of Montmartre with the Sacré Coeur, are within 5 km of the hotel. In addition, the Stade de France is around 2 km away and the modern high-rise area of La Défense is around 6 km away. The transfer time to Orly airport and Charles de Gaulle takes around 25 minutes (around 30 km).

Facility

Guests have a choice of 111 double rooms located in a 5-storey main building and an auxiliary building. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception are happy to assist guests at the reception desk round the clock. Check-in and check-out are available 24 hours a day. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access allows guests to stay connected while on holiday. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The hotel offers various facilities for guests with disabilities. A lift and wheelchair-accessible facilities are available. Additional facilities include a TV room. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park (for a fee). Other services include room service, a laundry service and a coin-operated laundry. Bathrooms are equipped with a shower and include a hairdryer. For extra comfort in the bathrooms, guests are offered cosmetic products. Wheelchair-friendly rooms can be booked. The hotel has family rooms and non-smoking rooms.

The pleasantly heated water of the indoor pool area guarantees comfortable swimming. Comfortable sun loungers are available on the terrace. The hot tub in the pool area promises pure relaxation. There are many ways to relax or stay active at the hotel, including a gym, a spa, a sauna, massage treatments and a solarium.

    Excellent hotel with all the amenities at a great price. The service and staff go far beyond expectations with Samy and Andre at the front desk make sure your stay is enjoyable.     Great little hotel

    A great little hotel. The staff were lovely, the room was nice and the pool area was a lovely little bonus. It was clean, comfortable and ideally situated for the metro.The room was a bit warm and we couldn’t have air con on because it was so noisy but you can’t have everything.     Bobby and I stayed at this hotel for a week in late July to watch the Tour de France. It was wonderful being just outside central Paris—quiet, yet only a 10-minute walk to the metro, with a bus stop right outside. The reception area was cozy, and we were warmly welcomed by Kavita, who truly made our stay special. She always greeted us with a smile, engaged in conversation, and even upgraded our room on day one for free! Daniel, also at reception, was fantastic—cracking jokes, helping us plan our days, and recommending the lovely La Crémaillère 1900 restaurant. Both Kavita and Daniel greeted us daily, asked how we were, and made us feel so at home. All reception staff were friendly, but those two really stood out. The facilities were great—we were surprised it was only 3 stars! The pool, sauna, jacuzzi, and gym made it very relaxing. The bar and breakfast area were cozy, with sofas, a TV, and even a foosball table. Our room was comfortable with a nice view and strong shower pressure. Only minor wish: English breakfast tea and subtitles on the TV. All in all, we’d absolutely stay again and will recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Paris—especially if Kavita and Daniel are still there!     I stayed at this Hôtel Spa during a business trip and would highly recommend it. The staff were incredibly welcoming, the workspace areas were perfect for getting things done, and the spa was a great way to unwind at the end of a long day. The hotel is also ideally located, with plenty of excellent restaurants and shops nearby. A great mix of comfort, efficiency, and relaxation—I'll definitely return.     Disappointing Stay and Poor Customer ServiceReview:I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Upon arrival, we noticed that the carpet near the bathroom was damp. It quickly became clear that water from the toilet and bath was spilling into the room. Despite reporting this, we were told it was likely due to the previous guests and that it would dry on its own. Unfortunately, the issue persisted, showing that the root cause was never properly addressed.The bedding was also uncomfortable, which added to our dissatisfaction. When I brought up these concerns, the staff's response was dismissive, focusing more on deflecting blame onto us rather than resolving the issue.This experience fell far short of what one would expect from a hotel that claims to prioritize customer satisfaction. Poor communication and a lack of effort to address serious issues like this are unacceptable.Would not recommend based on this stay.
