  Good budget hotel in good location

  It's offered as a budget hotel and I've reviewed it as such. It's location is good. It's right outside the Gare du Nord and there's a metro entrance just outside. Reception staff were always friendly. The room was basic but had everything you need. Ours was clean. Breakfast was great. Fresh bread and pastries each day with accompaniments, fresh fruits, eggs, ham, cheese. Top class yogurts. Service at breakfast was really good.

  Not great but typical parisian low budget

  You get what you pay for. Typical low budget parisian hotel . Not clean. Rooms very basic nothing like the photos.Reception staff very nice. Very close to gare du nord so conveniently situated for travellers.The area is very dodgy now, we love montmartre but things have changed. Aggressive migrants everywhere .

Called them this morning and someone picked up the phone and it was racially abusive and rude , kept saying: “what do you want “ , he refused to give me his name but I know his name from Expedia , because I had made a booking through them and this vile individual, called Daniel, cancelled for me without any reason , other than wanting to make more money by scamming people . Staff over the phone are absolutely disgusting and don’t deserve to run a business as they have no manners . Stay well clear and do not book this hotel! Unless you want to be treated like garbage. I will report them on every single social media platform! Their luck is that I don’t speak French or I would have treated them like they deserve !Établissement dégoûtant !! Je les ai appelés ce matin et quelqu'un a décroché le téléphone et c'était racialement abusif et grossier, il n'arrêtait pas de dire : "que voulez-vous", il a refusé de me donner son nom, mais je connais son nom d'Expedia, parce que j'avais fait une réservation par leur intermédiaire et cet individu vil, appelé Daniel, a annulé pour moi sans aucune raison, à part vouloir gagner plus d'argent en escroquant les gens. Le personnel par téléphone est absolument dégoûtant et ne mérite pas de gérer une entreprise car il n'a pas de manières. Restez à l'écart et ne réservez pas cet hôtel ! À moins que vous ne vouliez être traité comme des ordures. Je les signalerai sur chaque plateforme de médias sociaux ! Leur chance est que je ne parle pas français ou je les aurais traités comme ils le méritent !

  Absolutely NO, NO, NO. We stayed one night at the hotel because our flight was cancelled. It was my mistake. Huge problems with cleaning. 24 hours noise from the train station. Hotel needs renovation. Reception desk doesn’t work. Terrible.

  Very bad .not satisfied for breakfast you need to go outside which is new hotel at the right side . Breakfast is just simple and the atmosphere is dirty. We stay 3 nights and everytime we re breakfast just only little coffe en 1 sliced bread. Because Ifind ewwww.
