  Very friendly staff, very cosy breakfast room, very tiny room and bathroom

  The location is perfect to reach all Paris . The staff is very friendly day and night. The supermarket and a high level restaurant is across the street, bank with cash vending machine around the corner, post office with friendly English speaking clerks. The breakfast is very very cosy, most morning quiet, never crowded. The breakfast variety is limited, but enough to make the day a good start. Room size is challenging, but at least the good bed is kingsize, the bathroom even more challenging for big guys. I would have loved them to book a welcome basket in advance with snacks and champagne at our arrival, unfortunately that was not answered. They could help their guests a lot with booking all the tourist stuff like Eiffel Tower, louvre and so on and ask a transparent commission for it. Two ppl w breakfast €200 p night is a lot everywhere else in the world, for Paris it seemed ok, giving the fact next house in the street is €600per Night ;-). I think we would come again, because next time there wont be surprises anymore.   Too bad Emran ruined it.- La moustique du voyage!

  I was there on Business also first time in Paris. I wish I could say great things all around but I cannot. I will however be very detailed: Arrival and stay: I was well received upon arrival on june 30th. The hotel is cute, and rooms are comfy. However, we were left outside the hotel for over 20 minutes 2 days in the row. And make no mistake, we did ring and call the number on the door. Upon letting us in, no apologies or respect. So imangine being outside at 2am, with no way into the hotel as the front doors are locked? I will add that all the staff in the exception of that evening and Friday evening where great. on the friday evening, upon my return to the hotel, as every night, I stayed outside at the recommended area to smoke. EMRAN, the hotel reception attendant, came out calling me names and tried shewing me off the property claiming its private property and I had no business there. He scared me so much I had to call someone on Facetime to stay with me as I argued I was part of the hotel. He has no business working with people. I cannot believe the hotel keeps people like that. so for that reason, I must say, BEWARE of this man. especially if you have tattoos. You will be treated like a street bum.   Hôtel Romance great hôtel.

  Great hôtel near métro Cardinet. Lots of restaurant in the area. Nice clean rooms and elevator and air conditioning. Reception staff very helpful and understanding for business and tourist travellers. Breakfast was very good. Strong recommendation in the 17 arrondissement.

  Perfect hotel for sampling the best of Paris; welcoming staff, refurbished rooms and amenities, clean and fresh atmosphere, nice breakfast .Located on a small quiet street, with plenty restaurants (incl “ typical French”) within 5 min walking distance. 5 min walk to metro, but several optional bus lines very nearby around Pont Cardinet. All sights can be reached by the nearby bus lines. Direct metro line to Orly 5 min walk. Park with playgrounds closebyVery good value for the money.   We had a nice stay at this small hotel. I liked the style of the room, it was cozy. The elevator wasn’t working so we did have to carry our luggage to the second floor, not an issue for us but something to be mentioned. Plenty of cafes, restaurants, & stores nearby. Laundromat just around the corner too.
