14 suites, 4 apartments, 14 single rooms and 40 double rooms are available to guests in a 7-storey main building and 2 auxiliary buildings. Multilingual staff (English, German, French) at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions.     The Royal Garden Champs‑Élysées offers a lovely stay in the heart of the Eighth District, just moments from the Arc de Triomphe and the metro. The neighborhood is safe, lively, and full of excellent dining options. The staff embodies gracious Parisian hospitality—courteous, informed, and sincerely warm. Special thanks to Asma, Emma, and Iryna for their exceptional care. This hotel is a wonderful choice for travelers seeking an authentic and welcoming Paris experience.

    Stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is cold in temperature and the staff are also cold.Staff busy and uninterested in guests, breakfast is dreadful and dull but lots of local cafes around. Rooms very dated and freezing like a 70’s 3 star hotel. Sum up -Location good but that’s it.

    We stayed over Christmas for 4 nights with our daughter who has learning difficulties in temperatures around freezing. Neither room had working heating. After complaining we ended up with free standing heaters. It didn't feel safe to leave these on over night or when out so it took a while to heat each morning or evening, We were offered a change of rooms at one point but this did not happen as they said they had a problem with access to them. Both?! No other rooms were offered. My daughter needed to be near us but they didn't appear to continue to look. Some staff were helpful but others didn't care and some appeared to suggest we were over reacting.The hotel did send an apology when I complained but I can not understand why we were given rooms with no heating. My daughters had a heater in it when we arrived so they must have known it was broken. Our room phone didn't work either, so I had to go to my daughters to phone reception which was added frustration.

    We had a lovely time staying in this hotel, so centrally located and lovely staff, clean beautiful rooms, great little balcony and comfy beds. Zoe on reception was particularly helpful. We would recommend this hotel to friends and family and not hesitate to stay again!

    A wonderful boutique hotel conveniently located 5 minutes off the Champs Elysee and from the Arc de Triomphe. Hotel staff very attentive, warm and welcoming. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice. Rooms were clean, very comfortable, big and quiet. Couldn’t fault them and would happily recommend to anyone looking for a hotel in central Paris. Thankyou for a wonderful stay.
