    One Delightful Stay

    rating08 Apr 2026

Loved this hotel. I couldn’t think of a better location to stay in Paris. The staff was warm and friendly, the breakfast with fresh pastries fueled our day. The community with its cafes, creperies, gelato ice cream shops, its lovely little shops, the L’Eglise Saint Louis, the musicians on the bridge all made our stay so special. It’s close to the metro and the hop on hop off bus station. Although, I would like the beds to be softer, our room was clean and full of character with an excellent shower. I would come back to this hotel in a heartbeat.

    Great Location

    rating03 Apr 2026

Probably one of the best locations if you like walking. There are lots of fantastic sites within a short walk of this hotel. Starting with the Isles themselves including Notre Dame and Sainte Chapelle. Both of these had large queues in March (although it was close to the Easter weekend so that could have been a reason). Also close by is the Louvre and the Tuilleries which were full of spring bulbs and very attractive. On the left bank, the Pantheon is well worth the short walk. On the right bank, Place de la Concorde and Place de Vosgues are also close by. We were recommended 2 local restaurants, - Maceo on Rue des Petits Champs and Le Zimmer, closer on Place de Chatalet. Both were excellent. We also went to Bonnie Bar in the So Hotel on the right bank (a very short walk away) which is on the 16th floor and has excellent views over the city - lovely at night with views of Montmartre and the Eiffel Tower.Anyway, back to the hotel, - a quiet boutique hotel on the main street (hardly any traffic though) on the Isle Saint Louis. Room was excellent but the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. The bathroom had lots of room but was badly laid out so the room wasn't maximised for available space. These were our only criticisms.Very welcoming staff at reception who spoke fluent English.Breakfast was included in our booking and was in a lovely stone vaulted basement. The chairs are much too big for the room though but were very comfortable.I thought the breakfasts were great but my wife was less impressed. Great choice of cold meats and cheeses, breads, croissants and a good coffee machine.

Great little boutique hotel in a excellent location

    rating31 Mar 2026

The location is absolutely superb. Located on a quiet street with fabulous shops and restaurants just a five minute walk from Notre Dame. The staff is very helpful and the rooms are of course small like they are everywhere in Paris, but they’re well done and spotlessly clean. Nice buffet breakfast, but beware, there is no elevator and the spiral staircase is extremely tight so if you have issues with that, you should request a room on the down floor or the first floor. They have rooms that go all the way to the fifth floor, which would be a lot of trouble if you have issues climbing stairs. But all in all, it’s a fabulous little boutique hotel in an excellent location. They also offer pick up from the airport at A rate that is about half of what it’s gonna cost to catch a taxi so if you don’t wanna ride the bus and make a bunch of stops on the way into the central Paris area, I suggest booking a ride with the hotel. All in all an excellent place to stay.

    Din’t expect much sleep

    rating30 Mar 2026

Staff was very nice While the area was terrific quaint little neighborhood close to the cathedral which we loved, this is not the place to get a good nights sleep. The walls are paper thin. There is a lot of street noise at all hours. We especially enjoyed listening to our neighbors have sex.

    My 60th birthday surprise

    rating08 Mar 2026

We stayed at this centrally located hotel near Notre Damme, the beautiful bridges and near the Metro. It was a beautiful hotel. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and lovely. The shower was good after a tiring day walking the streets of beautiful Paris. Breakfast was also good. Scrambled and boiled eggs, bacon, sausages. Croissants, ham, cheese etc. This hotel was a perfect introduction to Paris and i will be back
