Location

This hotel is located close to the Grande Bibliothèque François Mitterrand and the Bercy business district. Close to a multitude of transport links, it is an ideal residence for business travellers and holiday makers alike. The hotel is ideally located close to the Seine and within easy access of many of Paris' main streets and tourist attractions. There are also many restaurants situated a stone's throw from the residence serving food from all over the world. Orly Airport is around 13 km away and it is some 30 km to Charles de Gaulle Airport.

Facility

70 rooms, including 8 apartments and 60 studios, are located on 7 storeys and can be reached by lift. The friendly staff at the reception desk are happy to answer any questions. Amenities include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access is provided in public areas. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. The apartment hotel has wheelchair-accessible facilities. A number of shops, including a supermarket, are great for shopping or just browsing. A garden provides extra space for rest and relaxation in the open air. Additional amenities include a TV room, a playroom and a library. Guests arriving by car can park their vehicles in the garage or in the car park.     Good to stay if you want a spot that is clean and simple and centrally located.

    This is my honest opinion about this hotel. Upon arrival I was very happy to find that the hotel is located just minutes from the Bibliotheque Francois Mitterrand metro station so it an easy trip from Charles de Gualle and also the city center. I like the area technically Bercy which I have stayed in before. Very yummy breakfast however the dining area is a tad small, so arrive early as to avoid waiting to eat breakfast. Very nice staff. Now for the downside. When I checked into my room there was the most horrid smell and unfortunately there weren't any rooms available for me to switch so I had to sleep with the smell. I was able to transfer rooms the following evening. My new room was clean but there were a few broken things and they needed to update the paint because there were marks on some on the walls and the safe did not work. In the hallways there were gashes along some of the walls and broken fixtures. I did have a great view from my window!     Disappointing Stay – Needs Serious ImprovementI was very disappointed with the overall cleanliness and condition of the hotel. The kettle in the room was rusty and extremely old – definitely not suitable for use. The vanity sink was clogged and did not drain properly, which was quite inconvenient. Housekeeping was clearly lacking; the floor was never swept, and there was hair everywhere. The cleanliness standard was far below acceptable.In the lobby, the leather sofa was torn and worn out, giving a very poor first impression. This place needs some investment and better cleaning staff. I wouldn’t recommend staying here until improvements are made.

    The hotel room was not at all like they deceived online. Looks more like a dorm room with bad lighting. The floor on which they put us in had a horrible stench, and when we went down to tell them they said they were unaware of any complaints (I believe that was because we were the only ones of the floor) and that they would schedule for someone to check it out the next day! One of the beds had a broken frame, the phone in the room didn’t work, and the elevator was working sometimes. And there were ants everywhere!! Mind you, we only stayed 1 night as I have family members with health conditions. Never spoke with management even though I reached out multiple times, the front desk staff was not helpful and they tried to charge me for all 5 nights!!

    Good hotel in a location that is close to a metro station that runs to all the main tourist sites. Some nice restaurants in the area. The hotel itself had all the amenities and served a good breakfast with great service. The front desk was always available and helpful. There was always coffee and drinks available in the lobby for free and they served treats at a certain time every day. The family room we stayed in was spacious but definitely needs some much needed renovations especially a fresh coat of paint. The toilet seat was definitely broken as it moved around when you sat on it and the basin tap was loose. It was quite difficult getting into and out of the bath tub to shower as the space was very tight in the bathroom. Overall, was good stay but I wouldn’t book there again.     Clean and safe. Accessible to Metro transport.

    Accesible to Metro transport. Place is clean and with luggage storage. They also have sitting and play room. With 24/7 free hot drinks machine in tbe reception.Rooms cleaned and towels changed daily. With free buns and snacks too. Airconditioned. Many places to eat nearby.
