    My stay at the Serotel Lutece was excellent. I give it 5 stars mainly because of its location, as it is very close to the Panthéon and the Marie Curie Museum, which makes sightseeing very convenient.The staff attention was very good, always friendly and willing to help. It is a hotel that has everything you need for a comfortable stay. In addition, the internet works perfectly, which is a big plus.Everything was very clean, and my husband and I were delighted with our stay.The breakfast was also very delicious, with good variety and quality. I would definitely stay here again on my next visit to Paris

    Myself and my niece stayed here for a girls bank holiday weekend away. Our first time in Paris and we couldn’t have picked a better place to stay. We arrived earlier than our check in time around 2pm expecting to drop our bags and go for a walk around until 4pm check in, but they checked us in and gave us our key fobs instantly. The room was beautiful, comfortable beds, Netflix on the tv was a lovely touch for evenings. We had a street facing room with a balcony, the views were stunning and when we closed the French doors we couldn’t hear any outside noise. We didn’t have the breakfast as we were out from morning until night but the garden area is also very beautiful.

    I loved this hotel. It was quaintly French and I loved the medicine cabinet to which I contributed to lol. The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was kept so clean and the bed was AMAZING. I will definitely stay there again. Room size for Paris was quite large too. Merci beaucoup to Claire and Adrien and Mohamed and all the dedicated cleaners xx

    Perfect Hotel for a sister’s Christmas trip to Paris.

    Serotel Lutece was perfect for our Christmas trip. The lobby and sitting areas were comfortable and quiet and there was a lovely terrace to enjoy the sunny days. Our room was spacious, clean, quiet, and nicely appointed with a mini bar and safe. The staff were wonderful - attentive, professional, and friendly. Our location was a few blocks from the charming Rue Mufftard in the Latin Quarter where there are many sidewalk cafes and food shops. Bus stops were within a few blocks that took us to the Louvre, Palais Garnier Opera House, Galeries Lafayette, Printemps, Eiffel Tower, and Notre Dame. We never took the Metro! And it was fun to interact with Parisians on the bus.Paris was aglow with Christmas lights, outdoor Christmas markets with wooden chalets, and festive windows and decor in the department stores.
