  Sleeping Well at Hotel Sleeping Belle

  This was our third trip to Paris and our second stay at Hotel Sleeping Belle—and we returned for all the right reasons: nostalgia, exceptional service, comfortably sized rooms for two, and a location we truly love near the Gare de Lyon. If you love hopping on and off the train easily and spending a bit less on the hotel - this is your place! Walking around it’s a very cute neighborhood! At the start of our stay, we did experience a genuine problem that made the first night challenging. What truly stood out, however, was how it was handled. Salua at the front desk immediately reached out to the hotel manager, Denise, and worked diligently to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. Denise was incredibly accommodating and graciously comped our first night as a gesture. Together, they turned a difficult situation into one that reflected real care and professionalism.The staff here consistently goes above and beyond. Salua made our stay especially memorable with her warmth and thoughtful touches in our room. The women in the breakfast room were equally kind and welcoming—breakfast at the hotel is absolutely worth it and feels like a calm, comforting start to the day.A helpful note for future guests: there is no mini-fridge in the room, but the hallway offers a great selection of cold items, hot bites, treats, and drinks that you can easily bring back to your room.This return visit gave us exactly the sense of comfort and nostalgia we were hoping for, especially as we were in Paris to share a very special moment together. If you’re hoping for a bit more space, we highly recommend requesting Room 002—it comfortably fits two people and, despite being on the ground level, is impressively quiet.Hotel Sleeping Belle remains a place we associate with warmth, care, and meaningful memories, and we would happily return again.As some fun places worth seeing we recommend Hotel Crillon, Bar Hemingway at Four Seasons, Printemps displays, Le Marais, and George Four Seasons. Of Course The Champsylysee! And for late night kebabs we recommend Lyoner! And if looking for tours use GetYourGuide!Enjoy and hope this was helpful!

  Definitely not worth the price

  Actually we are still in the middle of our stay in the hotel. They give us a room at grand floor exactly next to the lobby. It has no window , Just a door to patio. So we don’t have any sign of natural light or anything.No Wifi at all. It’s connect for two second and then gone! And I don’t know It’s next to the metro line or what every 5-6 minutes there’s a huge sound like earthquake .

  Ground level room wife we Wi-Fi signals and refused to solve the problem

  They gave us a couple in France ground level room and then they refused to accept that the Wi-Fi is Wi-Fi connection is too bad in our room and they called the supervisor supervisor was say blah blah blah blah and there is nothing they can do. It was disappointing it was very disappointing and the room they gave us has no windows in Paris. It’s devastating.

  Excellent location for Gare de Lyon

  The great asset of this hotel is how close it is to Gare de Lyon. It is bright and clean and comfortable. it was a bonus to find a kettle in the room. Welcome was business-like. A lot of attention has gone into making the breakfast room in the cellar a really attractive place to eat. Breakfast starts at 8.00am which is a bit tight if you are on the early express to Barcelona but we turned up a few minutes early and that did not seem to cause any difficulty

  Brilliant hotel for quiet short stay in Paris

  We stopped off for the night in Paris before catching the train to Barcelona. The hotel is very well situated -within 5 minutes walk of Gare de LyonThe room was not particularly large but more than adequate for a night’s stay. The staff were all really helpful and putting together a take-away breakfast for us before the kitchen opened was very much appreciated.
