Very good value for money.

Very good option for its central location. We stayed 2 nights and felt very welcome. The staff at reception gave us some good tips for local restaurants and how to use the metro around Paris and outside. Room were clean. We had a nice talk with the manager who advise us to visit the Jardin des Plantes and that was a great suggestion. Poor Customer Service - Poor Hotel - Beware

Out of all the hotels in Paris, beware of Hotel Terminus Orleans. I am a fair reviewer, but the customer service here is poor and the staff are not trained to answer questions in an efficient manner. Save yourself the headache and book elsewhere. Trust me, your Parisian adventure deserves better than Hotel Terminus Orleans. may- june 2024, we were bigger group,stayed 4 days, hotel was nice, rooms were clean and cosy, friendly staff, location was perfect (metro, shops, restaurants), I recommed this hotel in Paris:)) And I apologize again for eating so many candies from reception desk:)))

Basic budget hotel, close to metro station, 10 minutes walk to Monmarte. Nice bed, friendly staff, rooms need renovation as well as the dangerous and slippery step to get into the shower. If you are looking for a room just for sleep, is a good choice. Wifi in great speed and hot shower water.

Lovely hotel and lovely staff!

We had a lovely stay here in June 23. First thing to note was the friendliness of the staff! Really lovely bunch. Second thing was the cleanliness. Everywhere was very clean! Our room wasn't huge but perfectly comfortable. At the time of writing, there was no air conditioning, but I understand this may be installed soon. The only other thing lacking was tea and coffee making facilities in the room (as Brits we need an early cup of tea!! :) )We also had a lovely experience in the adjoining bar, Auto Passion. It has a very strong car theme! Again, really lovely staff, good food, and nice selection of beers!The Hotel is literally 20 meters from the Metro station, and there are loads of restaurants around the area.Overall recommend it!
