  This place is a gem! Super clean, good amenities and situated in a vibrant town. I did have a private room which was cozy. And of course, the Juliet balcony adds that Parisian charm. If you’re looking for a hotel away from the hustle and bustle of central paris, Hotel Sub is a good choice. Highly recommend!   Fraud, did not refund money.

  I have booked the room for 3 nights. When I came to the hotel, I have decided to stay for 1 night only and cancel the other 2 nights. The hotel manager confirmd the cancellation, but told me the refund would be paid in 5 days due to the booking made through Agoda. After 5 days they did not refund me at all, the do not answer to my emails, or emails from Agoda support team. Just pure fraud. Hotel Sub, Owner at Sub Hotel, responded to this review Dear Guest , we have made an inquiry because we do not accept that you mention 'Fraud' twice in your message . This has never been our policy. The facts : after one night spent you came at 12:30 and announce that you wwant to shorten your stay , which had already paid to Agoda. Our receptionnist has replied that it is to Agoda to reimburse one night ( the last night ), because for the second night your request was made to late in the day after check out time . Unfortunately Agoda asked us by mail to reimburse 2 nights which we could not accept. Please make again your request to be reimbursed of the last night and we will allow Agoda to do so. Sorry for the inconvenience, but we have applied our normal procedures.

  Excellent, newly renovated hotel

  The hotel has been newly renovated (probably within the last 3/4 years). It is fresh, modern and inviting, and in a great location. The train station - Bois Colombes - is a couple of minutes walk and will take you to Paris in 10 minutes or so. Around the hotel is butchers, bakers, florists and grocers, as well as a pub near the station. With less than a week left of Paris 2024, it isn’t probably relevant but Hotel Sub is in a great location for sport.The hotel itself is clean and well maintained, with friendly staff around at all times. There is always someone around, even late into the evening. We returned at almost 1am after a nightmare getting back from Disneyland to be greeted by a smiling face at the desk. There are a good selection of rooms. We stayed in the family room, but singles, doubles and dormitories exist too.

  Perfect Hotel in a Perfect Part of Paris

  We had the best time in Paris and Sub Hotel was the perfect choice of hotel. We stayed in Room 12 which was a family room and it was very spacious and spotlessly clean. Staff where so friendly. When we checked in a lady was on reception and she gave us lots of tips of ways to get round on buses ect. The area the hotel is in is perfect. There are so many beautiful bakeries and shops in the vicinity. Such a quaint place. Transport is brilliant just a one min walk from the train station. If I come to paris again this would always be my chosen hotel and area to stay in. Thank you Sub Hotel and all the staff.

  I must say. This was our best stay we had. We travel from italy to norway and sub hotel in paris was good price clean safe and pretty. Well location and will recomend any one to stay there. Keep it up sub hotel you have got a good thing going there
