  “Avoid This Hotel - Unprofessional and Unwelcoming”Where do I even begin? Our experience at this hotel was nothing short of awful. Over our five-night stay, our rooms were never cleaned—not even once. The entire property was in dire need of attention, with dirty carpets and an unkempt front desk area that desperately needed vacuuming.The manager, Marie, was exceptionally rude and dismissive, lacking even the most basic customer service skills. Shockingly, she was often seen sitting outside in her pyjamas, smoking. This unprofessional behavior was not only off-putting but made the entire atmosphere feel chaotic and unwelcoming.To make matters worse, some staff members were openly sniggering and making comments about us, leaving us feeling uncomfortable and unwelcome. Instead of feeling like guests, we felt like we were intruding in someone’s disorganized and poorly managed home.The situation became so unbearable that we had no choice but to move to another hotel, cutting our stay short. I cannot recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the stress and disappointment—avoid this hotel at all costs.

  WORST HOTEL AVOID Where to start.felt like we was invading someone’s home and definitely not a hotel..manager walking around in pjs smoking out front..had party’s with family/friends downstairs..room wasn’t cleaned or beds made we had to ask for clean towels which was ridiculous in size location is on a dark industrial estate..spoilt trip which should of been fun trip to Disney instead we felt uncomfortable to go back to our hotel or Marie-Helene’s home avoid at all costs and if you do stay the breakfast is put out the night before

  Located in a kind of industrial area, with rails right behind rooms (few trains in the night).Breakfast not that varied but the things available were of very good quality to be fair.   Clean and basic hotel. Frendly staff.   Perfect hotel for Paris and Disneyland

  The hotel is looking very good and clean. The staff is more then friendly ans polite. If you want breakfast, they have it. Keep in mind that is will be a French breakfast. We did sleep very good on the bed. They are perfect! To be honest, it was not nice to wake up. There's a shopping mall about 4 minutes away and if you want to go to Disneyland Paris it's perfect with the car.
