    My stay at this small yet comfortable inn turned out to be a nice surprise.A beautiful room, well equipped and spacious enough for a solo traveller, clean sanitaries and hot water, friendly staff, vibrant location and astonishingly low price: I would highly recommend it to visitors in Paris.

    Absolutely disgusting. I dont think it has ever been cleaned. My skin was crawling as soon as I walked into the room and I could t breathe. I actually vomited. I stayed no longer than 3 minutes. It needs fumigating.

    Very poor hotel , allocated room 16 up 2 flights of stairs no lift, room very basic but bed fairly comfortable. Very poor heating in room and no towel the first night then only 1 small one the other nights. Shared toilet very small with broken toilet seat. Shower very poor water not very warm and again very small. TV no English channels not even a news Chanel. Only good point was the close location to a metro station.

    Room Cleaning - 1/10 and that's it. Any good thing that a hotel can have, after this, it no longer has. So I should not even classify the rest. Photos do not match reality. Just don't go, although you want to wake up being bitten by "bed bugs"Breakfast ok lol.

    I almost wanted to give this hotel a 2.5, but it felt a bit harshStaff: Firstly, the staff here are all fantatic, friendly and they were greatLocation: quite close to metro located in china townRooms: Very simple, basic but clean nonethless. Unfortunately the biggest drawback of this hotel is the toilet and shower are communal. What made it worse was 3 of the 4 levels showers the doors would not lock! Whilst the showers and toilets are tiny.Housekeeping: Surprisingly did an excellent job, went over and beyondAlso, there is no lift/escalator so if you are on the top floor you need to carry your luggage up 3/4 flights of stairsReception: Manned 24 hours and made checkin/out very easyI paid 46€ per night which made the hotel decent value for the priceA rennovation is badly needed however, not sure if you could install a lift, let alone a toilet/shower in each room
