  This is a really nice little hotel. A perfect spot, very clean and larger than average rooms for Paris. The staff were brilliant - so friendly and helpful, especially Ghanie.

  My partner and I stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately our experience was very disappointing. The room was not clean when we arrived. There was visible dirt on the bed, the floors were dirty, and the pillowcase was stained and dark. Most concerning, there were underwear items in the wardrobe that clearly belonged to a previous guest, which shows the room had not been properly cleaned.Cleanliness is a basic expectation in any hotel, and this standard was not met. We hope the management improves their hygiene standards in the future.   I had a wonderful stay at this hotel from January 17 to January 20, and I truly want to highlight the amazing staff who made my experience memorable.A special thank you to Mohammad at the reception — he was incredibly professional, welcoming, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. From check-in to any questions during my stay, he made everything smooth and stress-free. You can really feel that he cares about the guests.I’d also love to mention Maria from the cafeteria. She was absolutely lovely — kind, attentive, and always positive. Her friendly attitude in the mornings made breakfast even more enjoyable and set a great tone for the day.Overall, the service was excellent, and thanks to people like Mohammad and Maria, the stay felt warm and personal rather than just another hotel visit. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.   Hotel on a quiet street. Central to major sites and Metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable bed, spacious room. Large bathroom with luxury amenities. Breakfast was delicious.   Good location but service could be improved.

  The hotel location is excellent as we could almost walk everywhere in the centre which we enjoyed very much, and it is very close to the underground station with good connections. The room is quite small and facilities are limited, but they do provide water and coffee machines. However, for the last night of our stay, we came back around 10pm to discover that there were no towels left in the bathroom for us. We rang the reception and got told that there was nothing they could do because they don’t have any in their stock room. We could not shower after a whole day of running around in the city. Very disappointing for the end of the stay but I hope it’s an unusual occasion and that other travellers won’t experience a similar situation.
