The stay here was ABSOLUTELY PERFECT. The location, charm, comfort, helpful on site workers.....i highly reccommend!!!! Took my daughters here for 9days & we felt right at home. The pleather of information in the book on the dining room table was a fantastic resource.Would happily book again!!!!

⭐️ Extremely Unprofessional & Unethical – Do NOT Trust This HotelI had a confirmed reservation at Villa Eiffel Mademoiselle, booked two months in advance through Trip.com. When I arrived at the hotel in Paris, I was shockingly told that my reservation had been cancelled because the hotel was “sold out”.After further investigation, it became clear that the hotel had knowingly cancelled my reservation to resell the room at a higher price to another guest, and then tried to shift the blame onto Trip.com. This is completely unethical and unacceptable behavior.Thankfully, Trip.com handled the situation professionally and immediately found me an alternative hotel, and they clearly confirmed that this cancellation was the hotel’s fault, not the booking platform’s.Being left without accommodation upon arrival in a foreign city is extremely stressful and could have completely ruined my trip. A hotel that treats confirmed reservations this way cannot be trusted.I strongly advise future travelers to avoid this hotel. If they can cancel a confirmed booking just to make more money, they can do it to you too.

Worst experience, tiny room with all of the cheapest materials. Sat on a 10 euro toilet seat that cracked and broke and they charged 50 euro for it. We were told two other toilet seats broke that day. What a scam if any of their cheap materials break they charge you four times the price. What a dump, when we asked to talk to management they said that was not possible. Stay away, I will post another review with a picture of the cheap toilet seat. Plus the shower creaks like it is going to break and you are going to fall through.

Nice little hotel in a nice area, with all the basics and nice service. The area around it is nice and central with cafes and close to the Eiffel tower. Definitely worth the money, as it is also decently priced.

Small Rooms But Good Value by Paris Standards

The rooms here are typically Paris-small, but well-equipped. The bathroom fixtures are very good, as are the toiletries provided. A 5-minute walk to the nearest Paris Metro stop. Only negative is the loud construction noises coming from the immediately adjacent property, which woke us up more than once during the night.
