    Comfortable and quiet, but service could be improved.

    Hotel was beautifully designed and room was comfortable. Service varied depending on who was working the desk or bar area. For example, one evening we waited 30 min after ordering an apéro on the terrace and the bartender we ordered from said he’d bring them up. When we finally gave up waiting, we left the hotel and found the same man was behind the front desk reception. He apologized and said he meant to come up and tell us he wasn’t actually working the bar. Quite odd. Otherwise, the hotel was fine and we appreciated it being pet friendly and in a quiet area.

    It was nice to stay at a hotel with friendly hosts again. If you’re looking for a place with thick bathrobes and fluffy slippers, where arrogant and bored staff put you through the wringer, this isn’t the spot for you. But if you want friendly, service-oriented, and solution-focused hosts, you’ve come to the right place. Nothing was ever a problem, and they always helped and supported us without any fuss. Ignacio and his team are wonderful. He’s a natural host. I’m already looking forward to seeing them again on my next stay in Paris, where Le Wallace will once again be my choice.     Great hotel- nice staff. The Marriott site was misleading because it said 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds when it meant -or- 2 twin beds.     No phones in the room. The patio lights are bright and on all night and flood the room. The staff is adorable and trying, but this hotel, especially now part of the Marriott family, needs a brush up. Feels like 3 stars, not 4. The "bar/restaurant" is not wonderful. A plate of cured ham served with stale bread for 10 euros, no condiments, no cheese, just salty cured ham on a plate. Just a big fat "no" in this domain.
