The hotel lies in the heart of the most trendy part of Paris, between the famous avenue des Champs-Élysées (3 min away), the Arc de Triomphe, the Palais des Congrès (Paris Convention centre), the Pleyel concert hall and close to the famous avenue Montaigne (fashion avenue), the perfect location in Paris for combining business and pleasure trips.

Facility

The hotel has a lift and features 38 non-smoking rooms. English- and French-speaking staff at the reception desk in the lobby are ready to assist you with check-in and check-out. Amenities available at the hotel include a baggage storage service and a safe. Wireless internet access in public areas allows guests to stay connected. The tour desk offers assistance with booking excursions. There are also a number of shops that make for great strolling and browsing.     Location: Fabulous, only a five-minute walk from the Paris Metro Charles De Gaulle Etoile, near the Arc de TriomphSingle room: Exquisitely clean, spacious, lots of light in the daytime and dark curtains at night, safe deposit box in the room, exceptionally comfortable mattress, no noise -- extremely quiet, great lighting.Staff: English-speaking, friendly, and helpful, going the extra mile.Breakfast: Sumptuous buffet of sweet and saltyLounge area: On the right of the reception area is a lounge/reading/library room that is beautifully furnished and includes a "honesty bar" where one can get a cold drink/beer/bottle of wine. And for American travelers, like me, there is an ice machine, much appreciated.Suggestions for improvement:Elevator/lift: There is only one and it's used by the staff and guests. When it is occupied by the staff (house cleaning) to go up and down the floors, it's impossible for a guest to access it. Perhaps at some time, another elevator/lift could be imagined.Breakfast pricing: Living in Europe, I am accustomed to having breakfast included in the room rate. When I checked in, the receptionist told me, "If you want to have breakfast, it's available until 10 am". The receptionist did not mention that the breakfast would be at a cost of EUR 18. I had a continental breakfast (i.e. juice, pastry and tea) on both mornings of my stay, not knowing the cost of breakfast was not included, so I had to pay EUR 36 on checking out for having breakfast both mornings. It's not an issue of the cost but rather an issue of having the front desk staff inform the guests of the pricing.

    I had a fantastic stay and the service was impeccable. I am so happy I stayed here. Mikhaeel was absolutely amazing and was so great at his job. My group and others were so impressed and happy that we got to meet him. He represents this hotel well.

    We booked the two rooms with terrace. We were very unhappy with the terrace. There is steps to get outside. It was not maintained. Dirty, dead leaves and no lights. The picture's of the rooms is not a true representation. The location is great and the staff was very friendly.

    Room was clean. Location of the hotel is very good. Within walking distance to the Eiffel tower(30mins) close to shops and restaurants, close to the arc de triomphe… easy to access all places. Breakfast was very limited with no variety 😔Highly recommended

    Good location and lovely helpful staff. The pillows are do good my son even looked to see what make they were! The beds really comfortable. and decent check out time if needed of 12. L”occitane toiletries provided which is a really nice touch. We will definitely come back!
