HORRIBLE! I do not recommend it! Room much too small! No fan, it is stifling! And then the showers in the rooms are much too small! Originally submitted in French on www.tripadvisor.fr. View originals.

On the way. Computer failure. I waited 30 minutes Luckily I had a connection on my mobile, otherwise they wouldn’t have let it in. Once the room was recovered, bite by a bedbug and I killed one. The hotel was horrible!! Our booking could be found but was not what we asked (wheelchair accesible) and this was blamed on the system and was not compensated by anything! The room was VERY small, bathroom where you could only stand up in and that's it, very cold aswell. About the cold, the hotel does not manage our seasons but it does manage heating, wich was turned off behind our backs after we left. Upon returning too our room and finding it freezing cold, receptionst lied about it too our faces. The matrass was extremely hard, my friend was a co-disabled person the next day. 100% do not recommend!
