The hotel into one whole review

    rating09 Apr 2026

⸻Absolutely hated this place. From the moment we arrived, the staff were rude and unhelpful. We were overcharged for rooms that didn’t match what was promised — even the “largest” room had shared facilities, which is unacceptable. The area felt unsafe, with warnings about pickpocketing and a very uncomfortable environment.Overall, such a bad experience — everything about it was poor. Please do not book this hotel.

    AVOID AT ALL COST!

    rating07 Apr 2026

I’m sad to say I can’t recommend this hotel. On arrival, our taxi driver advised us to be careful as the area has a reputation for unsafe activity. Once we stepped out, we could see why — groups of people outside, lots of rubbish, and a generally uncomfortable atmosphere.Travelling with young children (1 and 11), we were disappointed to find our room had six single beds, no private bathroom, and only shared facilities. The noise throughout the night was extremely loud and made it difficult to relax or feel secure. If you’re planning a trip to Paris, I’d strongly suggest choosing a different hotel and paying a little extra for comfort and safety.

Best value but keep your wits about you.

For Value this is a 5 star. You will not get better. Walking distance to metro, €7.50 for a continental breakfast will set you up for a great day. Shower early to avoid crowding if you’ve a shared washroom. Public washroooms/showers were for the most part clean. The hotel is not in a good area so keep your wits about you. Homeless encampments within 100’ of the entrance. Again the economy far outweighs the negative here.

Non ci tornerei se non preparata mentalmente e con la dotazione corretta

Quite embarassing. The area is not good, the "hotel" is even worse. It has security guard 24/7 , you can imagine. It's well connected to the center, buses are close , tube is at 10 mins walk. I found rigid beds comfy. Beds were clean. The design is nice and colourful. It's not that it's cheap but it's not very clean, shared bathrooms need restoration as some toilets are broken. Men women or feel like, together. Sinks are so small you wet around. Showers floors are not steep correctly so the water stood on the floor and you couldn't easily dress up without wetting your clothes. The toilet close to my "room" shared with my corridor was broken so everyone had to go the toilets shared with all the floor and when they were cleaning (twice a day) you could change floor....if it isn't all occupied as wcs are a few. You have to prepare beds by yourself and they don't provide sheets with elastic. When they change sheets you have to redo your beds and they leave your pijamas in a not gentle way on the bed all wrapped up. No shower towel, no soap, dispenser were empty. The staff doesn't speak English, at the reception it wasn't an understandable English. Breakfast is only mediterranean and it's not great quality (fake nutella and dry croissants), the tools and stuff for breakfast are so spread around that you end up going around the hall until you collect a spoon, a sugar cube, butter and so. Nice that they have at the entrance some vending machines with food and some needs and a microwave that is so dirty that it smells burnt when on. The street outside is noisy at night, the view is the worst ever: an abandoned square of the "hotel" with some left stuff that mice enjoyed every night!!!! What I find intolerable is that they have a 360 webcam in the anti-toilets where sinks and mirrors are.

    Greedy.

    rating02 Mar 2025

"The room/unit type and rate selected are non-refundable. Should you change or cancel this reservation for any reason, your payment will not be refunded." This policy is robbery. They will continue to let out the room irregardless of if you fulfil the booking or not. Do. Not. Book. Don't support this type of greedy policy.
