    I stayed here as it was not expensive, close to CDG and they had paid parking which I assumed was secure. Rooms were dirty, bathrooms which were shared were awful and my car(parked in lit with boom gate) was broken into and my luggage stolen. Hotel staff dont care

    This is one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. All the numerous reviews about the staff being rude, incompetent, and unprofessional are absolutely true. Do not stay here.I had booked through Agoda and was double-charged at check-in, then denied breakfast service. I was tired when I arrived and had forgotten that the room had already been paid for, including breakfast. The staff were adamant that the room wasn’t paid for and that breakfast wasn’t included. Shortly after checking in, I confirmed on the Agoda app that both the room and breakfast had been paid for, so I brought the receipt down to the front desk to explain. The staff, very rudely, insisted it wasn’t true. I had to get an Agoda agent to speak with them directly on my phone. They claimed they didn’t know how to check the booking details in their system and told me I’d need to speak with the manager the next morning.I went straight to the front desk the next morning to speak with the manager, but of course, the manager was just as clueless as the staff from the night before. The staff openly showed their frustration toward me and were blatantly rude—they even raised their voices.This wasn’t just one staff member I had to deal with. It was three of them, including the hotel’s manager. The quality and competence of the staff are appalling.Do not stay here.

    I booked this hotel (hostel is a better term here), in rush after my flight was canceled. I did not realized the room had a shared bathroom/ restroom with the rest of the floor, in my panic state after the cancellation of the flight. On the way to hoStel I realized that it is a shared bathroom, and nonrefundable fee.I requested the front desk and the manager to cancel the reservation without charging me almost 200 euro cancellation fee. Booking.com allows such cancellations if the hotel is OK with it.The hoStel kept telling me no, and refused to help at all. I did not take me even an hour to hold this reservation, I did not make this reservation months in advance. I hold that room less than an hour, and explained my case to the HoStel immediately. The hoStel kept saying no, even after booking.com rep called that and talked to both the front desk and the questionable manager who did not even bothered to talk to me. I understand that the room is nonrefunfable and I should have seen the shared bathroom sign. I booked this room in panic, and held your room something like half an hour. This hoStel has zero customer service. A normal HOTEL would cancel the reservation considering my case. But this HoStel does not care about customers at all. So I had to stay in this hoStel and use their filthy unisex restrooms. And I could not take a shower in their filthy unisex bathrooms that were in the middle of the floor with no privacy. Despite coming from another flight, I could not take a shower in this dump they call hotel.On top of everything else, the hotel front desk told me that I can just take the shuttle the next day, at the given times. And showed me the times. Said no problem, I can take any shuttle I need. No mention of a shuttle reservation here. The next day, I could not get on the shuttle because an advance reservation was needed. The front desk did not mention such a reservation to me.Avoid this DUMP at all costs.

    The hotel is disgusting and unhumanity. The staff were terribly rude and cold blood. The room is boiling hot and extremely noisy. We were treated like rats in cells even though we paid for the rent 3 months in advance. We were refused the basic need of being ventilated as a normal human being. Hopeless with this so-called “hotel”! Minus stars for the staff and the facilites. Stay away from this hell!The staff robbed my mobile phone when I took the photo of the hotel counter and she said I took the photo of hers. Nightmare!

    Terrible terrible service & very Rude. I understand you don’t speak English but you don’t need to be so rude about it. First they scam you thru want you to pay for price again & ask you if you pay cash cheaper, so I told them it’s already pay for, then he was looking at computer for so long thinking well how could get cash from us. Then next ask to pay protection fees so I said no I already pay credit card. Then 2 managers are so rude talking to each in French so loud that you know they are talking bad about you in front of you. No recommendations on this rude management. Please look at every review about this hotel. Thanks.
