Avoid this scam at all costs

    rating29 May 2022

Originally booked 2 rooms for 3 people. When we arrived the group on infront were being told that their pre-paid stay did not exist and they were forced to pay for a second time to check in. This was through booking.comI had made our booking directly through the parent company. We were then told only 1 room of 2 could accommodate 3 people and that all other 3 people rooms were sold out. The receptionist was insistent that I have booked the second room for 2. However my company letter headed confirmation clearly showed I was correct. The solution? Forced to purchase a third room on the day. It seems that this may well be a strategy to sell empty rooms. The key pad entry system to rooms seems to work by chance. The shared shower and toilets are filthy. You cannot wash your hands in the toilets and have to return to you room to do so. Had check in not take over an hour to resolve and had the receptionist not been as rude and ignorant as she was the perhaps this place would be worth 2 stars but basic plus unhygienic plus poor customer service plus a potential scam mean the lowest score possible. Also the place is surrounded by fences like a prison with security of a night. That can be seen as a positive in one way or on another you ask why such levels are needed.

    A very basic hotel

    rating03 Jun 2019

The hotel is on the premises of an exhibition centre with access to a motorway only. After 10 pm, it is inaccessible from the local train or bus station as all the gates to the exhibition centre are locked. Even during daytime when there is no exhibition, one must ask guards to get access to a railway subway to get out of there. The room is ok for the price and the area, most other hotels are 20€ more, however, for 50€ a night, you get a shared and dirty shower full of someone's hair, towels only at an extra charge, no soap in the room... There is noise from the nearby motorway. At least the linen is clean, which can hardly be said about the floor in the room,.

We booked this hotel last minute as we needed to to visit the hospital where a family member had taken ill in CDG.Yes the rooms are basic but they were clean, the toilets/showers were not en suites they were shared and these where also clean. The staff were fantastically friendly, even took us to the hospital! Thanks Kieto The breakfast was ok bread jams cereals coffee tea nothing flashy but adequate. No regrets from us staying here, we left early as we had to go somewhere but we would have no worries to stay here again. Merci

For a budget hotel, what do you ask for?

    rating10 Feb 2019

A room, with linens changed. Sure the place is not top notch, 100% clean, the toilet and bathroom, probably not suitable if you do long stay, but we had nothing to complaint. Staff are friendly and it's close to the airport and train station (walking would be troublesome, i'd recommend taking a cab or if you've got a car that's good)

    Not good for couple

    rating13 Oct 2018

To have a car it’s a must, otherwise reaching at the hotel it’s impossible (specially night time) Room was somehow ok when we first entered, but night time was way to hot inside and if you open the window you hear the motorway noise, plus a lot of insects are coming inside Morning time was a nightmare! the housekeeper was slamming all the doors, witch was really disturbing You have to share the Toilets and the showers (they are not clean) If you want some romantic nights, forget it!! HotelF1Villepinte, Responsable réception at hotelF1 Villepinte Parc des Expositions, responded to this review HelloWe are sorry for the inconvenience meetIn winter period indeed the heating are turned on you have the choice nevertheless to cut this oneAccess through the exhibition grounds we give it to you may be a little long to get to the RER in the eveningPlease accept our apologiesWell to you
