    Poor cleanliness, I turn on the TV, it is covered in stains, dirty mirror, questionable floor.I take my shower and there is a big flood, clogged drain, water invades the room all the way to the hallway. The staff comes to mop with towels, apparently no mop. Not a word of apology! Seeing an ounce of anger on the part of the manager... the noise let's not talk about it... to flee.     To avoid at all cost.Because of a wifi issue (not the hotel's fault though), I had to rebook a hotel last-minute.When I asked the agency to get some compensation, the hotel manager (not a French native, doesn't master the French language and culture social codes apparently) complained to me in a very aggressive manner and directly (!) that my request for refund was creating him more work (while he was peacefully sitting on a couch, doing nothing but chatting with a friend of him). At no point did he show understanding for the situation customers were in. I saw the same hotel manager literally yelling at some foreign customers. What a great place to stay!I am lucky that my agency paid me back the remaining nights, so that I didn't lose too much money. But that just pure luck.Moreover my curtain had some cigarette holes in it, the room had a strong tobacco smell and the floor was not clean.Avoid any Hipotel branch in Paris, they are nearly a scam.
