  I booked two rooms at this hotel on a flexible basis, cancelled them 3 months before the dates but was still billed for one of the rooms. The booking was cancelled, I have the email confirmations. How can this happen and why did they still have my credit card details.Shocking behaviour and help from ACCOR support was equally shocking

  A stopover between the Dordogne and Bruges. The hotel was fairly quiet for January but it was easy to find. Private parking essential for us (needs to be reserved). Small but comfortable room. Well heated. Great showerBreakfast served at table and perfectly adequate. We will use this as a stopover again. Highly recommended.   Budget hotel with very good service

  This is a budget hotel so don't expect something extraordinary. But if you look for a cheap room to sleep in outside Paris city, it is great.The staff are very service minded and great. In the lobby they also serve some drinks. I had the pleasure of watching some Champions League matches there together with several other guests.The room was small. But it had a very comfortable bed and since it is a quiet neighbourhood I slept very well.Breakfast is average, but it was not very crowded so we had a relaxing and good start on the day.There are some good restaurants in the neighbourhood, just a couple of minutes away. Since the hotel doesn't serve food that was a plus.Usually I would give a hotel like this a 3 star rating, but the great service from the staff made it a good hotel experience. And the pricing is reasonable!Recommended!

  No suprise when you have your habits under this label. friendly employees. Quiet building- good bed, Beware no restaurant!! Safety parking. Average price but nevertheless a bit expensive for the poor environment around.   Excellent location if you are on any business in the CDG airport area or taking part at any fairs in the Parc De Expositions, Villepinte. Very friendly staff and nice area. There are many restaurants around as well as the O'Parinor shopping mall with a Carrefour. Book early as during events and exhibitions this hotel is fully booked. I have stayed 4 times from 2012. The owner of the hotel himself is present most of the time and a very pleasant gentleman. Rooms are compact as expected from Ibis but very comfortable beds for a good nights sleep after a full day of work. Close to Aulnay sous bois RER station which can take you to Paris city or towards airport. Über will be the cheapest way of transport - approx to station Eu 10 and to airport Eu 16.
