  Horrible. The rooms are not like in the picture. Avoid booking triple room at this hotel because you will feel like you are in prison. I booked seeing the pictures posted online and when I got there it was nothing like it. The room had no bathroom. There was a separate, shower, a separate toilet and the sink was placed INSIDE the room, next to bed. We paid at check-in for 4 night and after seeing the room I went back to the front desk to cancel the whole thing. They still charged for the first night which was not normal because they lied in the pictures, they gave us something else than what we booked for. We stayed the one night we paid for, but it was the worse. In the morning, starting at 7 am until about 9 when we left, approximately 5 persons entered the room without our permission, while we were there, dressing. How is that possible? PLEASE AVOID! We left running.

  The room stinks of urine

  The worst hotel I have ever stayed at! The pictures do not reflect the room provided - The room stunk of urine and going to the toilet and having a shower was disgusting ( It smelled like people had been urinating on the floor in the shower and the toilet). The room is extremely dated - the picture make it look clean but in reality there's a textures wallpaper on which I think added to the smell). Also, there was bedding for the bunk bed but no duvet cover given for the double bed and it was all yellow in colour. Making things worse the toilet did not have a sink and it was located in the room at the furthest side which was not on the photos. It also meant you had to touch stuff without washing your hands, it was honestly horrific. The place was extremely dirty and smelled funny throughout. I would not recommend stating here. It also looks run down from the outside. It was so bad we almost paid for another hotel but decided to spend as much time out of the hotel as possible.

  shockingly unprofessional behavior of the staff and the poor quality of the accommodations

  I am extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel, primarily due to the shockingly unprofessional behavior of the staff and the poor quality of the accommodations. I booked a room for two nights for two adults and a child through a third-party website. Unfortunately, the site only allowed me to book a twin room with an extra bed. When I called the hotel to request a double bed instead, I was met with a shockingly rude response from the lady on the other end. She bluntly told me that it was not possible and spoke in an extremely unpleasant manner.The situation only got worse upon checkout. The lady at the reception was casually chatting with her colleague at the bar and decided to completely ignore me. I had to interrupt their conversation to inform her that I wanted to check out, which she clearly did not appreciate. She rudely took my room key without even a hint of a "thank you" or any acknowledgment that I had chosen to stay at their hotel. This kind of dismissive and unprofessional attitude from the staff left me feeling completely disrespected.The room itself was far from comfortable. It was so small that there was barely enough space to walk around. To make matters worse, the towels in the bathroom were stained, adding to the overall unpleasantness. The location of the hotel was another downside—being a 25-minute walk to the nearest metro station is incredibly inconvenient, especially when traveling with a 6-year-old child.Overall, this was a terrible experience from start to finish. The combination of the rude, unprofessional staff and the subpar room conditions made for an extremely disappointing stay. I am absolutely gutted by the way I was treated, and I would never stay at this hotel again. Avoid it if you value good service and a pleasant stay.

  Poor quality hotel. Very bad and rude front desk officer (Basma).The rooms are fair as opposed to the budget. Limited services and care.

  Ibis budget confort so I was not expecting a five star hotel. However many details in the room to improve. In the shower there was some rust, which make look the room really bad.Cleaning service was very good, so well done.Reception medium. We wanted to get a plastic spoon and it was not possible even to get someone to talk to.The location is very good and we used to go to some Olympic venues, which were far but still very practical.Parking was extremely good.You can get delivery very easy and there are table were you can eat.
