    Comfortable stay at the hotel.

    rating14 Apr 2026

We had an ok visit to the hotel for two nights whilst we stayed in Paris. The hotel room was very much like a standard Travelodge room in England. It was clean and comfortable and my daughter especially liked the bunk bed! The other guests in the hotel were a bit noisy in the mornings and weren't adhering to the rules of respecting others whilst they slept. We were very disappointed with the hotel's car parking. They hotel had made an agreement with the provider of an underground car park two streets away. It was difficult to enter and leave the car park with the QR code provided by the hotel and it didn't feel very safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel if you are driving into Paris and need to park your car overnight. If you are visiting on foot then it is a perfectly fine hotel for a reasonable price.

Ibis is a real no-go; we'll never go back...

    rating09 Dec 2025

Unprofessional and not customer friendly.... incorrect payment was collected and will not be refunded !!!Background: We wanted to book breakfast and presented our debit card at the counter. According to the Ibis employee, the machine wasn't working, so we paid cash, but in the meantime, the amount owed had been debited 3 times (...) from my account. Contacting the reception desk afterward led to nothing for weeks. They pretended to be ignorant and acted as if they couldn't see that the amount had been deposited 3 times. All in all, Ibis is a real no-go; we'll never go back...

    Good Budget hotel

    rating22 May 2025

pros: The room was ok for a budget hotel.Location is good, with a supermarket nearby and the train station. You don't have a kettle in the room, but at the reception, you have a coffee machine and a microwave. This is very convenient.cons : The toilet was very smelly(like a public toilet)At night, it's quite scary to walk on the street. The people seem weird.

It’s okay for cheap & to sleep as an overnight travel stop.

    rating30 Aug 2024

The hotel is okay. Clean & tidy enough, bedrooms quite dated. The area is not good though so I would not suggest you would want to walk around in the evening. As another reviewer mentioned a lot of people sleeping rough in the area & a few slightly intimidating individuals wandering around. Parking is only for up to 1m90cm so with our roof box we had to find parking in the Novotel up the road. Wasn’t ideal. Wouldn’t stay there again.

    Underwhelmed

    rating10 Apr 2024

We were very underwhelmed with our overnight stay. We didn't really mind the small and cozy room as we were quite excited about having a bunk bed on top of our double bed (Family room for 3), but the layout was quite odd which gave the low rating. The toilet, shower room and wash basin were all in different rooms. Imagine (hygiene-wise) that after going to the loo, you would have to open the door, walk across the room to the wash basin. I am still reeling from this experience nearly a week from our stay. Also the bunk bed wasn't made, even though we booked for 2 adults and a child. The toilet and shower room feels like they belong to a caravan. Not quite a budget hotel. Staff were friendly, except we couldn't quite understand why the reception staff, after dealing with a customer, didn't acknowledge us, just walked off to the dining area. We waited like idiots until someone else walked out of a room behind the reception area and served us. Now that I have been there, I would avoid it in the future, especially if I were to travel alone or with a child, as one of the streets was filled with parked cars with rough sleepers (Rue du Commandant l'Herminier). Luckily we walked along that street when it was still daylight, but I would not feel safe at all later in the evening.
